    Evening all 👋🏻
Lost 1.5lb this week better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick 🤪 well done all you losers 🤗
Not much to report, still plodding on! Can’t remember if I mentioned my new great nephew? Favourite Niecey had another boy named Ezra, gorgeous little thing he is too. Not met him yet (damn COVID) lots of photos though 🥰
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

For new followers or lurkers here is the chart  I did before we decided not to be accountable during lock down. But as we had new members join us shall I start it up again? Does it motivate you if you see in writing how much you are committed to losing? (Didn't work for me too well, but I have yo-yo'd through the past few months) Shout out your target ASAP and SOTW will be announced next Saturday.

Are you going to start a new thread @Chieveley if it's going to be a challenge?  I shan't be taking part - I'm on holiday from Tuesday and then away for the whole of September so not expecting to do very well at all!

Thanks for the chart chievely. 🙂
This thread was only meant to keep us going until RL groups started again and it makes sense to start from the beginning of the month.
Like denise, I'll be posting but won't set a target at the moment because all I need to do is maintain. This may change if my first WI later in the month doesn't go as planned. 😉
Looking forward to new thread. 🙂

Indictive dates for us are now 24th August or 14th September.
I think this should apply in England too.
