    Good afternoon everyone!
It’s a gorgeous sunny day here. Been in and out all day hanging out washing and bringing it in. Got the last of it out now. Early post today as I’m off to my first fitness class at 8pm- have a feeling I’ll be exhausted afterwards!

Ooh I hadn’t thought of flip flops! I have some in the bottom of my bag of gym clothes that I used to wear in the shower/round the pool in the gym. I shall have to dig them out! I’m dressed in my workout gear already, I ordered a nice bright workout top from Yours active range but it’s huge :D It’s labelled as a 24 but I think they’ve labelled it wrong- it’s down to my knees :D Still, I’ll be able to move nice and easily in it :D

My HiFis arrived this morning- never mind one order of these a month, it’s probably going to take me at least 3 to get through that little lot :D They’re in the cupboard as no room in the fridge! I also ordered Margaret Miles-Bramwell’s book ‘Wild Women Do’ I read an excerpt on Google Books and it looked really good so that’s something to get stuck into at some point. I’m halfway through another book plus the SW mag so I’ve put it to one side for now.

    Today’s food:
B: HEXB 2 x HiFi, easy peeler, water
L: SW lunch pot (pasta bolognaise) salad
T: 2 x LMC Red Onion and Rosemary Sausages, 2 x fried eggs (done in my new no oil pan) SW chips, salad. Fab lolly (4.5 syns) water
S: 4 x Ryvita Cracked Black Pepper (6 syns) HEXA Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese, Tesco High Protein Chicken Chunks BBQ flavour (1) Packet Hula Hoops Pufts (3.5) Peppermint tea
    Syns: 15

It was delicious Maman :) and it made a nice change. That’s why I love SW- I can have sausage, egg and chips totally free (and guilt free too! :) )

    Evening all,

what a lovely summers day it’s been. Spent the morning social distancing Visit at a friend’s garden which was delightful. Then afternoon in work, not so delightful.

    Today’s plan:
    B - honeydew melon & wm toast HEB W/spread (2)
L - melon, banana, and was meant to have a pot of quark, but it had gone off (probably because of our fridge playing up) so had a pack of snack a jacks (4.5)
snack - slice of peppered ham
     D - LF sausages (4) new potatoes & beans
    pud - solero lolly (4.5)
    HEA- milk in tea/coffee

going to be a scorcher tomorrow so will make sure I drink plenty. Hope you all
    get to enjoy it

I think I must be losing it. I just weighed my slippers! 🤣 Just over 7oz so almost half a pound. 🤔 How does that compare with flip flops I wonder. Not worth buying them if they aren't lighter than that. 🤔

My slippers are trainers (mule type Skechers) and they’ve got a massive chunky sole so I’m certain it’s not worth wearing them :D I’ll stick with the flip flops I think!

Morning all!  Another lovely day here.  Hope it is everywhere.

I've got a pair of flip flops in the motorhome for if I use a shower on a campsite (which I don't normally as the one the motorhome is really good - in fact it's probably better than the one at home!).  Will get them out and put in my SW bag when I go back to WI which won't be until towards the end of August.

Used my syns yesterday on a few G&Ts so not drinking tonight.

    Today's plan:

    B - weetabix/milk followed by an easy peeler - part HEA/HEB; S
    L - cheese omelette - part HEA; P
    D - Fakeaway KFC; chips, beans, corn on the cob, salad - P; S; F; 2

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - split milk/cheese
    HEB - weetabix
    Syns - butter 2; lolly 4.5

Morning all.  I'm sure you're not alone maman with weighing your slippers, everyone is going to be trying to work out their actual weight minus footwear for a while to come!  How was the fitness class Mrs_R?  Really must get back to doing something, barely did 500 steps yesterday with all the sitting at my desk.

Sun is out and already rather warm here.  We're going to a friend's house this evening to spend some time in his garden for a few hours for a catch up, all socially distanced of course.  Then we're meeting DH's sister in town tomorrow for lunch as she's passing through (first time I've been to eat in anywhere since March) and then seeing his mum on Sunday at her caravan where she has a lovely deck just installed so we can chill out there for a bit.  Have tried to keep the syns down as no idea what food we'll get on Sunday.

B - Porridge (HEB & 1/2 HEA unsweetened almond milk), strawberries, blueberries, skinny syrup
L - Potato, carrot and pepper hash with a fried egg
D - Chilli con carne, rice, salad, 1/2 HEA cheese

Hope you all have a lovely day and stay hydrated and cool!

Thank you for your ideas ladies, I think when I actually join I will get my head round all the speed/ free etc etc

I just want snack ideas in case I get the hunger pangs and rather than reaching for the biscuit tin I go for something on plan
