Evening all
been a bit of a meh day today. I’ve gone from touring every known shop in the North East (well, that’s what it felt like) with Mum last week to reluctantly hauling myself to the village Co-op today. I needed to get fruit though, had to chuck the last of my blueberries as they had gone furry. I ordered two packs with my Iceland delivery but they had none so had to venture out. I picked up an SW mag while I was out and my HiFi bars are coming tomorrow (yay)
First Zoom SW meeting tonight. Timing was unfortunate as I was still trying to eat teaI was running late as I was having a frantic back and forth conversation via Facebook messenger and the phone with my mum and sister- sis and I are off to see Ronan Keating in September! Sis has been going through radiotherapy so thought it would be nice for her to let her hair down.
SW went well- our groups aren’t starting back until September due to the venues (one is in a school and that’s shut till September, and the other one is in a church and consultant has been told September before it is usable) I’m none too happy about the shoes thing- however I own a pair of Skechers Mary Janes that are super light but have a decent sole. I normally wear them with thickish socks as they’re a shade big, but I’ll wear them without socks so I don’t add extra weight
Today’s food:
B: HEXB Weetabix with 2 x raspberry Light and Free yoghurts (1) and fresh raspberries. Water
L: 2 x jacket potatoes (2 syns- they’re the McCain frozen ones) Stagg low fat veggie chilli, salad. Water
T: 2 x Aldi skinny burgers (1) Uncle Ben’s rice (3) salad. Fibre one popcorn bar (3.5) easy peeler. Can of S/F Tango
S: 4 x cracked black pepper Ryvita (6) HEXA Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese, Ham, handful of cherry toms with salt. Bag of Hula Hoops Pufts (3.5) Cup of peppermint tea.Syns: 20Night all xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.202 -
Hope you have fun at Ronan Mrs_Ryan, I had tickets for a lot of gigs booked this year but alas they've all been cancelled or postponed till next year.
Never thought of doing kebabs on the george forman bubbs, we just put them in the oven. Said to DH last night that we need an actifryer as I can't get things crispy in the new oven (believe me I've tried all the settings) but we have nowhere to put it. We're quite light on the kitchen gadget front and don't actually have a microwave which shocks pretty much everyone I tell.
B - Bacon and tomato sandwich (HEB), strawberries, blueberries
L - Cheese salad (mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, gherkins, peppers, carrots, 1 HEA), salad cream (2 syns)
D - Mushroom risotto (1/2 HEA)

Morning all! That looks lovely Bubbs - better than my bowl of cereal anyway! (I bought some All Bran on a whim yesterday because I actually really like it, and just discovered this morning the HEB measure is 50g so that's quite a decent amount!)
Thanks for the HEB info Denise, weird to think that something like a HiFi bar could be considered speed, but a banana not! SW is black magic.
I have an Actifry Ruby, I love it so much! I never used to make SW chips as I just found it a bit of a hassle having to turn them and keep an eye on them - with the Actifry you literally cut the chips, stick them in with a teaspoon of oil and some salt, and leave them for 30 mins and they're perfect. It is rather large though, and noisy. I also make hassleback potatoes and roasties in mine - delicious! *adds potatoes to next week's shopping list*
Today:
B - All Bran
D - Bacon, mushroom and onion scromlette
T - Tomato orzo bake (it's basically 50% tomatoes - super speedy!)
HEA - Milk
HEB - All Bran
Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), hot chocolate (2)...
Snacks - Banana, cantaloupe, passion fruit
I have to pop into work today for the first time since 20th March so I'm going to nip into town while I'm there for some bits like moisturiser. I only need to go into two or three places and won't be mooching but it's still exciting. Will take my banana with me in case I feel peckish.
Have a good day everyone, hope you have better weather than me!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb2
