evening all.Had a rubbish day. DS#4 lost his job (his fault entirely). DS#3 crashed his car - fortunately He is ok but expensive. It’s the kind of day to send me into a toast spiral, but thankfully I have been much more restrained. Too stressed to properly have a plan, but ok nonetheless.B - bacon medallions, mushrooms, beans, eggs 1 slice bread HEB
L - banana & quark dessert (1)
snack - snack a jacks (4.5)
D - 2 chicken thighs, SF jelly (0.5) & ff strawberry yog
HEA - milk in drinksDenise I try to meal plan, but some
days do make it up as I go along, but on the basis I do have most stuff SW friendly. My issue is after work I am tired and don’t always have the incentive to cook and I get no help. Today should have been LF sausages - we will
have those tomorrow instead. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Thinking of you sary. That was a horrible day for you. You didn't have much for your dinner so be careful or go to bed. 🤔😴2

What a rubbish day Sary. Glad your son is OK even if it's going to be an expensive repair.
At least you stayed on plan but as others have said you didn't have much to eat tonight - I'd be starving if that was all I had to eat.
I've been picking at fruit all evening as dinner wasn't particularly filling! Wasn't impressed with the soya bean spaghetti! Much as I hate waste no way will be eat the rest so that has gone into the food bin and it definitely wasn't as filling as real spaghetti. It'll be real spaghetti in future!

Thanks guys. I was feeling too stressed to eat, so forced the bits I did have down. Tomorrow is another day and I’m bound to be hungry then I’m sure. Off to bed now.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
