    Hello
Popping in to say hope you are all well.
I have fallen off the waggon.
    I have struggled through lockdown.
The foodbank has been manic & it is more like a job!!
I have missed my family & friends like everyone else.
I lost my two best furry boys within 5 days of each other a few days ago.
    That was so so tough.
I will bookmark the thread & pop in if that's ok.

    Have you finished work bubbs?

Glad you decided to pop back in beanie.  Of course we don't mind.  Maybe if you keep reading you'll find your mojo again!

Sorry to hear you've lost two of your furry friends.

You're right about us all missing our families.  We've seen our daughters in the garden but do so wish we could hug them - it's not the same being at a distance from them.

You've probably gathered I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet about group.  If I can't get a place at the end of August then I think that will be the end of SW groups for me - after just over 10 years (I started back in July 2010!).

🎆🎆🎆 So lovely to see you posting on here beanie. 😁
I guessed you'd be busy with the food bank. Hard times. ☹️
So  easy to fall off the wagon with so much else to focus on. But we've been plodding on. You taught us well. 😁
I don't know how to find the mojo but logic tells me that eating healthily has to help. 🤔

I feel the same but the website rather than the app.  If things don't work out with group then I will have to ask on here if I need syn values, although I know most of them!  It's just if something new comes along or if SW change syn values in the future as they seem to do quite regularly!

I've just kept in touch with group every 8 weeks to give me access to the website /app. Syns online is all I access regularly. Sometimes I just do weigh and go but sometimes I'll stay depending if I have the time. About the only time I can't always get back to target in grace week is after my summer holiday. But I don't weigh at home so those of you that do would know how close you are to target.

    Morning everyone,
No running today - didn’t wake up early enough and feeling really tired atm. Had grilled pork chops with veg chilli last night. Have another 3 portions of chilli so have frozen two and other will be lunch today with a JP.
    Food:
    B - weetabix and skimmed milk (HEA/HEB)
    L - JP with veg chilli (1)
    D - Spaghetti bolognaise
    Snacks - Apple, strawberries, banana
Good to ‘meet’ you Beanie. Sorry about your fur babies - they are such a part of the family.
Bubbs - what did you do to your foot? I missed that!
    Have a good day all

Morning all.  Lovely day today and 2 machine loads of washing on the line, although it'll dry it won't be soft as there is no wind again so is just hanging there.  Much prefer it when we have a bit of wind to soften things, particularly towels and tea towels.

Have a big SC full of veggie to portion up for the freezer so will do that shortly.  Think there's probably enough for 10 portions  - it's quite mild so will probably need to add more chilli flakes when I reheat it but didn't want to make it too strong as I know it gets stronger while it's in the freezer.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - bacon, eggs, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms - P; S; F
    L - smoked salmon & salad wrap - HEB; P; S; 1.5
D - Fakeaway KFC - chicken, corn on the cob, sweet potato & potato chips, beans, salad - P; S; F (glad I've got the dried potato otherwise I'd have to syn breadcrumbs!)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - wrap
    Syns - hoisin sauce 1.5; rum 5

    Have a good weekend everyone.
