    Morning all,
Had a terrible nights sleep - painful legs. Beginning to think I need a different form of exercise  :|
My SW consultant has given her notice in after 12 years! So no going back to group for me.
    No running today.
    Food will be:
B - grilled bacon, micro poached egg, mushrooms

L - coconut and chill rice
D - lean grilled pork chops, veg chilli/spicy ratatouille
    Snacks - Apple, strawberries, satsumas
    Have a good day all
    Coxy xx

My consultant text me this morning to ask what group I wanted to go to!  I replied saying I'd prefer to just to text her every 8 weeks for the time being as not comfortable with going back to group yet.  She told me that option will cease from 10 August when they are reopening groups so if I wanted to do that I'd have to send my weight on 6 August (my normal WI day before then). After that I will have to text her 7 weeks later to see if there is a space for the following week as she can't hold a place for me for that long!

Think what I'm going to do is send in my weight on 6 August; go in and weigh and go on 28 August (last Thursday before my holiday) if there is a space available and then see if there is a place available 7 weeks later for the following week.  If that doesn't work then I'll just be using my online group here!  but we'll see what happens.

    Afternoon all 😁😁

I meant to say the other week about groups and forgot 🙈🙈

Currently I am waiting to hear back from Venues.  venue are having a meeting on 22nd July to discuss opening the venue to group users. WF takes forever to get back to me on anything. T  shouldnt be a problem.

    So Group structure....

We will be changing group times but adding in more sessions. T could look like

    8:30am

    9:30am

    10:30am

    3:30pm

    4:30pm

    5:30pm

    6:30pm

Each session will last an hour....15 minutes for weigh, then half hour for group chat...then a 15 minute window to wipe down.

Members will need to book their slot, max 30 members per session.

To start with we wont have a shop/ SOW basket/ raffle or Kitchen use. SW will be providing full PPI for social team...I dont know full details yet..but do know that they will also be providing screens for pay & weigh.

There shouldnt be any contact with members as we will ask members to insert their own cards in pay & weigh stations, also they will need to bring their own pens and record their own weight in their books. I will have sanitizer everywhere. I will ask for payments by card only so no cash handling.

Group layout will be very different too. very little will be brought into group. I will be attending weekly Zoom training/ information meeting to discuss everything going ahead. Luckily all our venues are big enough to hold a distance seating area to keep everyone safe. Doors & windows will remain open too.

Will keep you all updated with everything as we go along with all the finishing touches before we open.

This is what she put, where are this group she mentions has 2 groups a day so going to be all day

I don't do Facebook so haven't heard anything from my consultant. She might text me at some point but it looks as if, from what you said denise, that I'll be aiming to go to WI on 6th August.  Do you text the consultant for a slot? There was nothing on the SW website when  looked earlier maybe they intend to train the consultants first. I'm feeling quite philosophical about it . I'll just take what comes and go from there. Although I only go to group every 8 weeks normally I'm happy to pay if I have to. My consultant is good, it's my choice just to have minimal involvement but I don't begrudge her a few £s if necessary.  She gets precious little out of me. I know she lost her income with lockdown, not sure whether she qualified for any government help but she had taken a part time job in Iceland when I last spoke to  her because I teased her about promoting the SW meals to customers!

Are there any other groups where you live coxy or do you think you'll just go it alone?

I've done my meal plan and shop. Shopping is getting much more normal now. I went mid afternoon which is my preferred time  and I've found it really quiet especially as more people go back to work and some children at school until today round here. When do you finish work bubbs?

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), fried egg (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- sardines (P) and beetroot (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus, mange tout S)
Syns- HP sauce 1, weekend wine

maman you'll need to text your consultant to book a time for WI.  There's going to be a maximum number in venue of 30 people so for my group that's less than one third who'll be able to go at normalise time.  She normally does a 9.30 and 11.30 group but that's going to be 9am; 10am; 11am; 12pm.  The evening group is normally 5.30 so they're going to be 5pm; 6pm.  She has to be out of the venue by just after 7pm as there is an evening event goes on, although I don't think that has restarted yet as it is an exercise thing!
