Morning all. Weather looking much nicer this morning especially after yesterday's grey and drizzly day. The sun is really quite warm, still very cool in the shade but sure it'll warm up later. May well sit out there later with a nice coffee.
Today's plan (which will be a Green day!):
B - porridge; watermelon, grapes - HEB1; S; F
L - cheese on toast - HEB2; HEA2; F; P (I mix grated cheese, egg, mustard powder, Worcester sauce)
D - butternut squash & chickpea curry/rice - S; P; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB1 - porridge
HEB2 - bread
Syns - not sure but may have a non-alcoholic Baileys latte - can't find syns online but others similar are 4 syns so will go with that.
PS. Forgot to add 3.5 for 100ml light coconut milk in the curry so that'll be a total of 7.5!

Hi all,
Will be following alongI'm a boomerang SW member I tend to do really well, then think I can do it alone and repeat. I did switch to cc and did well (for a few weeks) but find I can stick the longest with SW. I've just weighed myself and I'm 5lb away from my heaviest (even after kids) so now is deffo the time for me to start again xx

Welcome @Lookafterthepennies2020 to our lovely thread. Everyone is really helpful. Some of us are long term SWers, like me! Some still attend group, some are online members and some are going it alone!
If you think it might help you feel free to post your menu plans daily and hopefully that might help you stay on plan and lose the weight you want to lose. How much do you want to lose? It's best to go for mini targets, such as half stone, the next weight bracket, for a holiday etc.

Thank you @joedenise, I will be doing it alone from home for the time being but when I have my sensible head on that should be fine to do. I want to lose 3st 11 but will start with 11lbs to get me down to the next strone bracket for now xx
