Penny The packet mix is 7 syns so not too bad divided between 4 people - assume you're making a 4 portion pie - so 2 syns each or if you're greedy like DH and I we generally split a packet mix between the 2 of us so 3.5 or 4 syns each depending on which mix it is!

My downfall is alcohol unfortunately!  So I don't generally drink wine much now as it's much higher syn than spirits so now I usually have rum and diet ginger beer for 2.5 syns each or gin & diet tonic for 3 syns each so much more SW friendly than a small glass of wine (125ml) at 5 or 6 syns a glass.

I'm quite lucky that I'm quite happy to just have a square or two of dark chocolate or my 30g HEA of cheese - and it's even better now that we are allowed 2 HEAs so don't need to syn it now as can have it as 2nd HEA.  Always have one HEA as milk for my cups of tea - can't drink that black, I've tried!  However I do drink black coffee.

That hamper looks brilliant bubbs; I know you didn't do it but it looks really good and I'd say well done to the person who made it.

Hi ladies, is that Chris that did the chart popping in? Is it time to start recording again and having SOW (slimmer of the week)- been reading along and gaining a few pounds along the way, really should find a chiropodist for the corns then I could walk further. Happy to do the chart if wrong Chris - how about from 1st August as it's a Saturday?
