Oh dear bubbs, hopefully she's young enough to not get it too badly. 🙂
No, I don't bother frying off the mince. I just throw everything in and it works out just fine. 😋0 -

Do you fry your mince off first when you do in SC?
My sister has been messaging me, my niece has tested positive for covidshe works in a care home, was clear last week so they are all having test tomorrow and isolating now

Glad you've enjoyed your KFC! we had duck cassoulet tonight - 10.5 syns each ouch! Good job I'm not counting at the moment!
Hope your niece is OK bubbs and young enough too be not affected by it.
We're having a good break in the caravan. we went for a walk around a vinyard this afternoon. Wasn't too long a walk, only about half a mile but at a least it was a socially distanced walk.

I'm not a huge fan of cassoulet but I have enjoyed it in Carcassonne. My BIL loves it and used to buy many tins to bring back from French holidays. I forget our favourite brand (ETA- La Belle Chaurienne) but I know we also bought duck confit which is brilliant. 😋1

Did't bring any duck confit back this time but we usually do and agree it is brilliant!
Bit of a boozy night last night and not slept well at all. I've just been dozing on and off since about 3 and finally gave up trying to sleep and got up about 6 which is why I'm on here early this morning. Had a walk around a vineyard yesterday and the ground was really sloping and I've still got achy legs so don't think we'll be doing much walking today, probably just chill out on site rather than going anywhere. No idea what we're eating today apart from a fry up with sausages for breakfast, so at least that's on plan even if nothing else is.
Have a great weekend everyone.

I'm not 100% sure about lunch today. I had a big breakfast so not feeling hungry at the moment. I'm going to portion up the Bolognese I made last night so I'll keep a portion out of the freezer just in case.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F) with Bolognese (P,S), pickles (S)
D- Sweet and Sour chicken (P,S,F) with noodles and SW chips (F)
Syns- Sweet and Sour Sauce 3? (need to check), weekend wine1 -
Hi all 👋🏻Heads not been in the right place but have lost 2lb this week so that’s something.
work is stressful, kids just don’t get the social distance because it’s gone on so long they don’t bother! I’m with his nibs all day for 4 days a week, he is ok but so needy! Wants to touch/get so close to me and don’t get a break unless I’m in the loo 🥴. Also because we will still be in bubbles come September I’ve been stressing about not having my job share as she will be in another bubble in mornings. Apparently staff will be able to move between the bubbles so I’m a bit easier now. Will have to wear PPE whilst providing intimate care for my other 1-1. Hoping school will provide masks as mine are really not school appropriate (EMP skulls 🤗).
Added to my stress is my 13yr old dog being poorly, took to vets but my anxiety went through the roof as was convinced he wouldn’t come back. He did with £100 bill 😤. Hopefully on mend now!
Bit of an essay, sorry 🥴
Have a good weekend all 🤗Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
