Thanks everyone. We got away around lunchtime yesterday as I had to make a trip to a shop in the next town to return some bras that didn't fit and didn't want to leave it until I got back in case I forgot and end up not taking them back.
We got to the campsite about 2 o'clock and picked up a dozen free range eggs which we'd ordered. They are all different colours - I had a blue shelled one today in a sandwich with some nice bacon in a sandwich, was really nice. Today has been completely on plan but it needed to be after last night!
Pork chops are currently cooking and also potatoes for mash and we're having them with green beans. Will finish off with a few strawberries which I bought with us which were still left in the fridge.
The site overlooks some lovely countryside, great view to wake up to!
I'll probably be reading along but not posting very much - most evening meals are off plan as I wanted to use up some of the tinned and jarred foods we bought for when we were in France in March which obviously didn't get eaten because we had to rush back before the border was closed so at least it will clear the junk foods in this week and I won't have to do much shopping while we're away! I suspect I'll be out of target when we get back but I'll just have to be very good and get rid of it as soon as possible after I'm home.

Don't blame you going off plan in the evenings denise, it's your holiday and very mse too! 😁
My hairdresser told me that blonde hair with dark roots was a thing, so I'd have been OK coxy. 😁 I've used a John Frieda lightening spray during lockdown so I've managed. My appointment isn't until 20th July. ☹️💇♀️0 -

That looks great bubbs. We haven't had gammon steak for ages. DH loves it and often orders it as a pub meal. Good idea for Saturday night.😋1

Morning!
Lousy weather here, in fact the rain woke me at about 6. I did go running though. Borrowed a cap from DS1 which helped, but got soaked through - 3.2k today, and leg feels fine. Yippee!Food today will be:
B - overnight oats, FF vanilla yoghurt (1), cherries
L - probably LO cowboy hotpot with salad
D - chicken, kale and potato bake (from Take 5 book)
Snacks - satsuma, apple, carrot sticks
Have a good day all

Good to hear that you managed your run without your leg playing up coxy.
It's very overcast here too but managing to stay dry. Cricket's starting locally so pretty typical that the sun's disappeared.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk
L- LO chicken free casserole with veg (F,S)
D- veggie chilli (F,P,S) with brown rice (F), cottage cheese (P)
Syns- 0
Looks like an accidental Green day for me today so perhaps won't matter that I have loads of pulses (butter beans in casserole as well as the chilli) but a bit lighter on the Speed.1
