    Hi all,
Well done to you both. I too think wearing non-office attire is not helping me. Been in T-shirt and shorts/jeggings everyday since 17 March  :o Latest plan for returning to office is Sept but only for some of us.
No running today. Food has been:
    B - weetabix and skimmed milk (HEA/HEB)
L - grilled bacon, poached egg, baked beans, tomato/mushrooms (S)
D - tuna pasta bake, sugar snap peas
    Snacks - Apple, satsuma, banana
HEA2 will be some cheese on the pasta bake. Will use Parmesan  ;)
Synbank looking good this week. I usually splurge at the beginning of the week but I’ve been really careful this week. Have 74 left until WI on Sunday morning whoop whoop!
    Have a good evening all

We only managed a draw tonight. ❤️⚽   I had both chocolate and wine syns. 😉 But this current thread is about SW in lockdown and I've missed my 3 week sunshine holiday when I'd have had 21 nights off plan. I can live with that. 😁

    Morning all,
My team managed a draw last night too  :/ Tuna pasta bake was a bit disappointing as used plain quark instead of super light Philadelphia. It was a bit runny but edible!
Bubbs - what is in mayflower curry please?
3k run this morning. Food will be:
    B - Weetabix and skimmed milk (HEA/HEB)
L - lo tuna pasta bake (joy!) with salad (s)
D - baked fish, jacket potato (1), veg (need to shop for veg later)
Snacks - satsuma, flat peach, apple
    Syns  - rum n coke (3)
    Have a good day all.

Shame about the runny pasta bake coxy. I've never used quark so yet to be converted.

I'm sure bubbs will explain properly  later but I think the Mayflower curry s a powdered sauce mix a bit like chip shop curry. I've seen it for sale in Farmfoods.

Having bought instant potato in Sainsbury's this week I've now got enough to make a batch of the KFC coating. I'm going to fill a screw top jar so that I can just take out what I need each week.  I find I need less than the recipe says and definitely only one egg to coat 4 chicken  thighs.

    Todays EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- sardines (P) and beetroot (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), carrots, asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms (S)
Syns- HP sauce 1, weekend wine

Coxyyou'll be pleased to know that you can have half syn on your rum - it's 2.5 not 3 syns for 25ml measure!  I usually have 2 glasses as a use a can of diet ginger beer with mine and only use half a can in each - prefer to drink it with the rum in rather than on it's own though!

maman - I find I only need one egg when I do the KFC as well.  I use quark quite a bit but as a cream substitute instead of yoghurt as I prefer the taste as it's not so sharp.  I've never used it as a sauce though as didn't think it would work, which it seems it doesn't!

No KFC for us this week while we're away - I couldn't fit the chicken into the little ice box in the caravan, along with the bacon, sausages etc!  I got enough stuff in for about 3 meals plus breakfasts so not too bad for a pretty small space.  That's why we're having quite a few tins and jars this week.

KFC was yummy as ever. 😋
I decided I was low on Bolognese so put a batch in the SC. Good to make the most of the peppers on Aldi Super 6. 😁
