I'm sorry Bubbs, but my warped sense of humour immediately thought "isn't that colonic irrigation!"

    Quiet on here today.

New week of 105 syns starting for  me today. Although I never weigh at home, I'm feeling fairly slim. The problem is that I don't seem to have worn 'normal' clothes for months, just hanging around in leggings, or loose dresses when it was hot, so I might be kidding myself.  I'm likely to be going over syns this week as we have football on TV tonight and Monday which makes for a very long weekend! I'm not saying I'll definitely have extra wine syns but I'm going to allow myself a treat if I fancy it.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- JP (F) with cottage cheese (P), spring onion and beetroot (S)
    D- SW Bolognese (P,S), pasta (F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- tbc
  • STS for me this week, thought I would have done better than that, but looking at things differently this week.  Had to buy a size 14 pair of jeans, while I may be able to "pinch more than an inch" still, they fit comfortably and I have not fitted into that size for donkeys year, so very happy bunny!

Also, although I am not particularly an advocate of BMI as rugby players tend to be classed as obese and we all know that it is all muscle, but entered my details for my current weight and my start weight and my current BMI is a tad over 2/3 of my start one, so things definitely improving!

That's great news gtq, 2 NSVs. Well done. 👋👋👋
I've never taken much notice of BMI either. Even the height /weight charts are difficult as because I'm 5ft 9, they say I could be much heavier than I like to be. 🤔
