I'm sure that's water retention ruby. Surely, even a pizza wouldn't cause instant gain like that. Onwards and upwards.

Good that you're feeling brighter coxy. Mood seems to be so important when it comes to attitudes to food. Remember to buy light cheese triangles, you'll get 6 of those for a HEA in most brands.

Parmesan is good on swede denise but you need a fair bit to really taste it.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- cold meat (P), fried potato (F) veg and pickles (S)
D- baked cod (P), SW chips, mushy peas (F), Mediterranean roast veg and asparagus (S)
    Syns- HP sauce 1

HELLO  :) I'll introduce myself....just found this group. I'm from Yorkshire, UK.
Currently a member of SW via my local group by Zoom. Been a member for nearly 10 years. Lost 7.5 stone in total previously. Currently gained 2.5 back through boredom, medication and target life. Im out of target now, currently 2.5 away. Im struggling, the usual yo-yoing. Things changed when I had my gallbladder out 3 years ago, I could cheat more easily since I had no more pains. Also had a change in contraception medication. I can't have Oestrogen due to Oestopenia so I have to take a mini pill. Im sure its the cause of my bloating etc. Age as well, I just cannot seem to lose like I could years ago. I know the plan inside out.

Lockdown Life has been okay. I went mad the first 2 weeks, put 7lbs on. Lost it over the few weeks later. Had loads of maintains, a few small losses. Not much gains, maybe 1lb here and there. Currently at what I was in my physical group back in MARCH. So I'm not better to worse off. I do feel like I've wasted nearly 5 months though? does anyone feel like that? i know you shouldn't compare to others, but members in my group seem to be hitting 1 stone or more losses. i know they are bigger and need to lose it. I just cannot seem to. Don't get me wrong, i don't binge, or black hole or even eat the wrong foods. My syns are always around 10. If i don't want them i don't eat them. Ive looked into portion control too and even tracked my calories on Fitness Apps etc.

I started C25K before Corona to lose some weight for my now cancelled holiday to Turkey. Didn't want this go to waste so carried on the programme during lockdown using my 1 hr exercise time. got to Week 6 and then started to do regular 5K's and enjoyed it. An injury recently has stalled me but I will continue to run when I can....

Looking forward to reading your motivation words of wisdoms.....

Thanks maman, trying to keep positive that it's just the effects of mother nature but it's still a little disheartening to see.  Oh well, could be worse!  Glad you managed to find some of your NAS grapefruit though, it hasn't seemed right to me when you've been having other things with your breakfast!

    Afternoon all

    Welcome Millerose
The only thing i can suggest is too mix your foods up a  bit if you tend (like me) to eat the same sort of things, or try reducing carbs a bit.
You obviously know what to do having such a fab loss before , sometimes exercise makes your weight stay the same but body shape changes, have you been measuring ?

    Welcome millerose. 🙂
I took about 2 months to lose the last 3 pounds to get to target. I did have a holiday in that but an awful lot of yo-yoing. ☹️ It's possible the exercise may be affecting you or just that you know the plan almost too well if that makes sense. I can STS perfectly but when I need to lose I have to be extra strict with myself following the plan. Since I've been at target (9 years next month) I've stopped measuring milk and tend to estimate syns rather more than I should. That may not apply to you if you only have 10 a day but I've had the full 105 every week so no room for leeway.
Really all I can suggest is plodding on and it will come right eventually. If you have time then you could post your menus just in case we can see something but other than that just Planning, loads of Speed, drink plenty and you'll get there. 🙂
Good to have you along. 🙂

I use onion as well and chopped tomatoes. I think yours looks so rich because of the extra stock cubes. I only use the one🤔. Sometimes I add bacon too. 🙂

I think i put a bit too much Worcester sauce in though, was ok for me but dh said it was strong 😂 but he soon ate it, said he was hungry so that means he has been good at work 🤣🤣
He has just told me booked a night away at Skeggy next week  that means fish and chips 😋😋😋 i better be extra good to accommodate
