So lunch eaten, living room is looking lovely.
Sewing finished and all put away, table cleared and dining room looking good
HHI
Bathroom floor washed where cat peed again.
Next thing to attack is kitchen floor where again cats have peed. (I'm trying to be understanding about old or diabetic but it's not easy). But the whole of the kitchen floor needs a good scrub anyway so better get going
Xx

Tea and crochet now in the garden. That's me done for the day. Dinner will be bolognaise out of the freezer.

Dot forced.. kicking, screaming and shrieking 'chicken' ... into a group class chat with her teacher and classmates.. she proceeded to lose all rational behaviour doing 'a new thing' and being way out of her comfort zone.. she is now buzzing and I want to biff her on the nose lol.. oh and squawking and shouting made up words... joy!
Ebay parcel posted and a book sent to OH's mother with some bookmarks the girls have made.. and her birthday cards I had left for OH to post.. her birthday was 24th March.. he is inefficient! Bread and fruit stocked up on but
DW been on. 2 more loads in the WM.. My kitchen is startnig to look quite nice. I filled a bag with rubbish from the front room and thinking I might whizz Henry round for a dance while everyone is outside.

Well despite not getting my mr T slot last night, at least I used the time well and my blue 'in tray' is now empty, cleaned and the contents filed or binned. I have a large white box full of goodness knows what which will be my next challenge.
Had an email today saying my NHS ring has made me famous i.e. several of the rings were in the local paper including mine so for those of you who like flowers:I load of washing up done.
I load washing on line.
Lots of gardening done.
Greenhouse watered.
Is there a rather nice custom in other places to decorate stones and put them around? Our village has really caught on and people are putting them on seats, walls, everywhere which makes it interesting for children and adults to spot while they are walking. So today I decorated one with a drum & drumsticks while Mr N drew a motorbike on his. Will be interesting to see if anyone spots them.
1 online Body Balance class done.
I signed on for another free online course last night, ADHD so that will keep me busy while in the Mr T queue.
Cup of tea coming next while watching the Corona update, then see what's in that white box. Shudder.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10 -
I have decluttered more stuff from the kitchen worksurface.. it is almost pleasant in there now.. 9 more rooms to go lol!
OH is being tasked with washing machine filters tomorrow.. the new one is not spinning properly. He also has our bedding to change tomorrow. I have a list too I'm not slacking really.
I need a repair on the new cooker.. the seal has gone on one of the door panels so there is steam inside the unit.. its not vital so can wait until we are no longer having hysteria.
3 loads out on the line and the million socks and pants in the dryer.
DW been on for the 3rd time and needs dinner pots putting in now.
Narco.. the flowers all look lovely but yours are definitely one of the nicer ones!
School emailed about Dot.. see if the referral got sent.. CAMHS are still processing them and I've heard nothing and I know 2 other people who have had letters from them in the last 2 weeks so if it hasn't been done I will NOT be a happy chicken. I also asked for some guidance on her learning and how much she is struggling with the idea of school at home.. she is getting very distressed if it is even mentioned and I persuaded her to do 15 minutes today and she couldn't log into anything .. 25 minutes later we managed to do a bit of maths but she was so frustrated and over it by then.

Narcolepsy, I got a Tesco slot at 12.40 am on one occasion so don't give up just after midnight. Like you, had joined a queue around 11.30ish. Good luck!10

Good evening
I binned some rubbish in the garden and planted lots of seeds - I have run out of space now! I need that greenhouse!!
The washing has been taken in and folded, and redistributed to its owners. I need to empty the DW, but I CBA!!
DS is gutted - someone went into the back of his car on his way home from work. He passed his test 11 months ago, and got his car on PCP last June. He was slowing down at a red light and the guy didn't see him because he had 'dropped his phone'!It was not DS's fault at all, and he didn't go into the car in front, so was at the correct distance. He now has to go through his insurance. The other guy had a 'mate' that could fix it, but DS declined! He had already had a text from his insurance asking if he was okay - he has a black box!! I'm hoping it won't affect his insurance too much.
Valli - I don't like bourbons much either! No baking today - maybe tomorrow.....
Narc0 - I went to school in Bishops StortfordGood luck with the delivery slot tonight!

GI it should not have any impact on his insurance he hasn't done anything wrong.. it is entirely the other persons fault. He was absolutely right to go through insurance.. they will contact and deal with the other persons insurers and DS is probably entitled to some compensation too. He may also be able to get a courtesy car while his is out of action on the other persons insurance.. that will depend on his insurance though. I know that was what happened with ours.. Some silly mare hit ours as OH was turning right off a main road with right of way, as he was halfway round her foot slipped off the brake she claims and she went into the rear wheel arch.. We got the car fixed, a courtesy car and £2000 compensation.. it had no effect on our insurance at all or the no claims bonus.

Good evening
It was a long boring old day at the laptop, which gave me a headache. I’m just jumping on here for a quick update, then it will be no more electronics for tonight. The compulsory flying update - diddly squat. Oh no - I did actually manage QHI this evening. That’s the good news. The bad news is that my iron is on the way out so I need to get a new one.Narc0 - your ring was definitely the best, and we are obviously not at all biased in any way! Good luck with the delivery slot tonight.7 -
Very pleased with how fresh and bright my cushion covers look - they just need to properly dry off. And I have 3 more pads to wash and dry. Living room given a thorough bottoming. I've done some more knitting; left front almost finished.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson
