I've been up for three hours and all I've done is be. Can you 'do' being? It's very overcast and still here - it feels like the earth is waiting for something to happen. I do hope it's something pleasant!

They've set up a marquee for the drive in swabbing station in the car park next to where I work. I've volunteered to provide admin support (desk based) if it's required as my regular work has slowed to a drip.

I need to shake off this lethargy and do something...

Get washed and dressed
feed the birds
sort washing in to loads
set first load swishing

Steady as she goes.

Oh dear, has Alientuit frightened everyone away? Perhaps I should have maintained my hooman disguise for a while longer.  

Round 1 completed + sloshed bleach down the loo, put out the rubbish and rinsed three plastic bottles to be recycled.

Coffee now - hoping it might wake up my guag!

Any news of Lamewolf or Dustykitten?
Mum loved the video I sent her, had a chat this morning. 
Walked up to village shop for newspaper and dried milk, the latter to make some bread having found some 2018 strong flour in the cupboard; nothing wriggled in it. . . 
Pricked out lots of broccoli seedlings. 
Recycled a pile of magazines from RoD.

I was about to say morning then but it's actually afternoon...where is the day going?

Done the mounting of pots as non were washed yestered   and 2WM now hanging out to dry. Ds has a home help/do something nice for your parents task on her virtual guide camp task list so she has stripped my bed and put it in the WM....winner! The camp is a lot more work for me that I anticipated as she needs some help with most task so I will probably be spending most of the day doing that and keeping ds amused.

My 'still to do' list looks exactly the same as it did yesterday as we had to go out to the shop, pharmacy and drop things off for family isolating. By the time we were back I was exhausted from all the stress/anxiety. Still not sure how we are going to manage if we don't get a big shop in soon

Good afternoon! Better late than never 😁
I haven't been idle (at least not all day anyway). This morning I have WULTD, put on DW, wiped down all work surfaces and cupboard fronts, checked on seedlings, cleaned the toilet, bath & sink upstairs and cleaned the front door. I have asked DS to do the high bits, but he is doing his lunch at the mo so we shall see. He has vac'd the LR though, and DD2 is currently emptying the DW. 
Just having a cuppa, and I still need to go shopping and walk the dog. I need to have another purge  on the paperwork at some point, as that stresses me out and I have toys to sort through. I can't do that with the dog around though, and DD2 has taken over the DR table with her artwork 🤦‍♀️ 

I hope everyone is having a good day. It has been a bit grey today, but the sun is coming out now 😊

Afternoon all

Progress report...

I cleaned the oven!! I say it every time but I really should do it more often, would be so much easier.
WM x2 done, on the line and it’s dry, will bring it in soon, may do another load too.
Bookshelf in spare room emptied, dusted thoroughly and moved to other wall, I think it looks better, DH doesn’t, under discussion whether to move it back... not today!!
Bathroom, en-suite and downstairs loo scrubbed
bathmats changed
spare room and office dusted and hoovered, 
top flight of stairs hoovered
DH just hoovering the lounge and the bedroom
I emptied and washed bins and litter trays, litter trays refilled, bins are drying in the sun.

I think it will then be time to sit in the garden with a book, ground floor cleaning can wait until tomorrow. Unless DH feels like carrying on, I will leave him to it if so!

Been for a walk.  Came back with dandelion and dock leaves for the bunnies and wild garlic for scones if there's enough flour and I'm also going to make wild garlic butter..

I've done so* all, except been for a long walk with OH, on the cliff path, very few people on the path way, saw a seal down on the beach.

Now due a sleep!
