xinc99 have you considered Credit Card Utilisation techniques please ?

Credit Utilisation although very important - Is not a huge factor.
The reason for this is many people offer 0% interest on balance transfers for 1 year 18 months etc and alot of people take advantage of this leaving their balance in without paying interest. They would have high utualisation but on the other had have a good credit file to get these offers in the first place.0 -
xlnc99 said:The thing about having too many serches on your credit file is a myth. This has been discussed plenty on here. To get the best deals, bank switches, bonus offers etc it means applying constantly for new products. Plenty on people on here apply for new application all the time and they have huge limits. Does it effect your file? Yes, but not enough to put lenders off if you have a good credit file.
So that is a non issue - the main issue is that i was misled. Accepted, then rejected.
Why don't you spend Easter Monday merrily applying for a few more credit cards?
Many are listed here: https://www.finder.com/uk/credit-cards/a-to-z-list.
You may as well work your way through the whole list. Don't forget the old adage: don't ask; don't get.
And if you get rejected, don't forgot another adage: try, try again.1 -

The OP keeps claiming that he's not bothered about being declined because he applied for 3 cards at the same time - yet keeps going on about how he was misled and misinformed and misguided and misdirected - but I think he's misheard all the advice given to him, misplaced his brain, and has the misfortune to keep coming back protesting. Maybe we've all misunderstood, and have misquoted him; it's also possible that he thinks he's been mistreated, I mean there must be some mistake surely? But I think until he came to this thread, he was misadvised by his friend who applied for three and got them. But in summary I do believe that he misapprehends the severity of the situation he landed himself in by applying for three cards at the same time. After all, it appears he's not Miss World. Have I misarticulated anything in my summary? (I do think that the OP seems to misbelieve all that people have said to him, and has miscalculated his choices, and now believes it's a miscarriage of justice, but he seems to misconceive the impact of three hard searches at the same time. Do let me know if I've misconstrued anything.)3 -
Too many holes in this one.Wants a 0% BT card “just because”.Strange...0

I’d recommend using the two cards that you got recently for a while, pay them off in full each month, and to stop applying for more credit, that’s not what you need at this point.2 -

Surely only one of those 3 applied cards would have been needed for the balance transfer.
I don't think the credit limit you can get on the 2 cards with high interest is very high ?
Looks like Aqua £1200 and Amazon maybe £1000 ?0
