I've received a letter from DCB telling me I have two weeks to pay or they will issue a CCJ in court and that they are going ahead with the claims. You must understand that DCBL are behaving like badly behaved children.
THEY CANNOT ISSUE A CCJ, only a court can do that if you lost  and did not pay.

DCBL are lying to you so call them out on their other lie ... the fake add-on. Ask them what legal authority they have to add the fake.
THEY DON'T HAVE ANY LEGAL AUTHORITY so any reply if any will be a fabrication  which you can show the court.   If they ignore you, that's OK, you show the judge you have asked them to prove their legal authority ...... they can only lie to the judge.

Read agin. "They" cannot issue a CCJ. A court does that. 
Yes, of course you dont pay. Why would you before  acourt has told you to?

Either:

reply and remind them to issue ONE claim or the other will be struck out due to cause of action estoppel, 

Or,

don't remind them and if they issue these as 2 claims, include in your defence to the 2nd one, the 'cause of action estoppel' argument.
