I have a letter from DCB confirming that my case is being put on hold on the 16th of March until they have spoken to OBServices so I'm very confused as to why I've received court claim forms. They have emailed me today saying that my case is on hold and they will revert back to me when they hear from the client!

You need to email two defences with 2 different claim numbers in the subject line of your two emails to the CCBC, as you have shown us two different claim forms. I hope you've done the AOS x 2?

Search the forum for template defence and add in the above (without using the word ''I'') as your facts in points #16 and #17 and also some facts about the car park and what happened.

Is the Defendant admitting to being the driver or have they already?  Or not?

I've now received this from OPC - why would they require photographic evidence with my address? This doesn't seem right seems they are doing anything they can not to provide me with the information?

Have you read the other OPC cases that have come up over the past few days? The same question has arisen and advice has been given. It will be the same for your case. You must read the other cases as they will mirror much of yours, and it will save us having to type the same advice over and over.  Where any aspect of your cases diverges, then by all means come back to us for issue-specific advice.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Why do they need photographic ID?   ParkingEye were happy to service my requests simply with a copy of the NTD

Same as the other Observices case - please spare us and read that one!

If I've just read it (it was no further than page two or three on this forum) you can too.  No link provided.

Maybe it's because the OB means Obstructive Services ? , they like to be Obstructive and Obtuse and Obverse instead of being Observant of the ICO guidelines

But the OP here needs to also be Observant in their Observations of other OB Court cases on here because it's true that it is tedious and annoying when they don't band together and share information with a coordinated approach like the UKPPO WhatsApp group did successfully last year in their Objectives

Going it alone it's Obtuse and lead to the claimant Obtaining a win by Obstinate Obstruction and being Obnoxious

So read other threads and complain to the ICO

Just a few Thursday thoughts on the matter

    They dont need it
Theyre being deliberately obstructive.  Hence, I would comply but heavily redact it so they dont have the DL number, photo etc.

Ha ha lol , they wouldn't get my photo because mine is a pink piece of paper with no photo !!

I too would redact the DL number etc due to the fact it contains my date of birth

I would redact my passport in the manner described by Nosferatu as well , regardless

But I would still read other threads like major Lee clueless etc and report OB  to the ICO as well

It's not as if these 2 people are the only ones going through this process !!

Why not complain to the ICO OP, if they muck you around thusly, imagine how they treat Doris, (the dinner lady).
