When you are juggling as many balls, (property portfolio, shares  a couple of court claims), as I am you occasionally drop one.
A rather unfortunate turn of phrase DPD!
At least he didn't choose the phrase "occasionally !!!!!! up"!:D

That gign looks awfully low to me.
Tallest one looks to be about no more than 1 foot (30 cm) off the ground, and the shorter ones about 18 inches (45 cm) off the ground, but not so easy to tell from the screen photo.

If I say in my defence that I was a valid visitor of the office car park will they contact the company that I was there to see?
Who are 'they'?  This isn't a murder trial.

While secondary corroboration of what youve said would be good, your credibility as a witness will depend on the courts impression on you. Given the claimant cant disprove your statement, it will be up to the judge to decide if your story is credible.

You simply place your account of the events and circumstances into your Witness Statement, at the end of which you will sign a Statement of Truth.

A judge is far more likely to believe a pillar of the community than a private parking scammer.  Wear you second best suit.

    Hello all,
Just a recap - I filed my defense including a letter asking for my two claims to be consolidated into one. Seems the request for that has been ignored.
I've received a letter from DCB telling me I have two weeks to pay or they will issue a CCJ in court and that they are going ahead with the claims. ObServices also emailed me with a copy of what they sent to the court and told me to await a directions questionnaire.  I'm assuming I still ignore the threats of CCJ and to pay?

Only a judge can do that, did they not say that they would issue a claim?

Seems the request for that has been ignored.
