Tallest one looks to be about no more than 1 foot (30 cm) off the ground, and the shorter ones about 18 inches (45 cm) off the ground, but not so easy to tell from the screen photo.D_P_Dance said:That gign looks awfully low to me.1 -
If I say in my defence that I was a valid visitor of the office car park will they contact the company that I was there to see?Who are 'they'? This isn't a murder trial. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

While secondary corroboration of what youve said would be good, your credibility as a witness will depend on the courts impression on you. Given the claimant cant disprove your statement, it will be up to the judge to decide if your story is credible.2

A judge is far more likely to believe a pillar of the community than a private parking scammer. Wear you second best suit. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Hello all,
Just a recap - I filed my defense including a letter asking for my two claims to be consolidated into one. Seems the request for that has been ignored.
I've received a letter from DCB telling me I have two weeks to pay or they will issue a CCJ in court and that they are going ahead with the claims. ObServices also emailed me with a copy of what they sent to the court and told me to await a directions questionnaire. I'm assuming I still ignore the threats of CCJ and to pay?0 -

Only a judge can do that, did they not say that they would issue a claim?
Seems the request for that has been ignored.
