Definitely can't trust myself Sun Addict - I quit sugar for 6 months, had a small bit of chocolate and am heading back to square one. I have found a lovely chocolate made without palm oil, less than 1% sugar etc. Its expensive but doesn't trigger my sugar cravings like normal chocolate does.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Well all in all it's been a lovely weekend - the weather has been a very unexpected bonus; washing basket is completely empty, all line dried and all put away. Ds's bed has today been stripped, washed, dried and remade and he probably won't even notice but at least I know it's clean
I popped to Holland and Barrett today and bought my Vitamin D tablets (the sun reminded me to do it). The government recommends all adults in this country take them from October - March. I also stocked up on my iron tablets as I've only got a weeks worth or so left.
I've just taken the dog back to Mums, fed next doors cat, and now am ready for the next footie game! All I've got left to do today is meal plan for tomorrow, get stuff ready for work and have a shower. So I can have a relaxed evening, and maybe do some pampering.
The tutoring I'm doing at school should start next week (17th), so I think I might have some stuff to do to prep that this week.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I find a square or two of very dark chocolate is enough to stave off sugar cravings. I buy a bar about once a month and it lasts all month because I don't eat it every day.

Bath done and I've found some pj's. I never actually wear them to bed as I get too hot, they are my "after a bath/shower but not worth getting dressed again" clothes of choice
I've smothered myself in body lotion - I have bottles and bottles of the stuff, it sits there not touched. So I need to bung it on after my bath/shower as my skin is stupidly dry, it will also help to declutter, win win
I forgot to mention when I went to H&B earlier I also popped into M&S and got some food bits. I got another pack of reduced mince for the freezer and 5 salmon fillets, also reduced. I don't eat much meat/fish anymore but I do like to get it reduced when I can.
Dinner out the freezer to defrost to take to work tomorrow, pj's on, candles and wax melts have been lit, time now to chill. I've done some more thinking while I was in the bath. I reckon from now until New Year it is about taking it a day at a time, setting small targets each day and being in a good place at the start of the year to set some tougher targets to get myself back where I want to be. This week is mainly about drinking lots of water and getting 7-8 hours sleep a night. Anything else is a bonusMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

£80 arrived from the csa today, very unexpected, I usually get it between 20-25th, that is on its way to the savings pot.
I've been good so far eating wise today, I'm going to make a butternut squash curry for dinner. I've drunk 1.5 litres so far, won't be a problem to get to 2 litres today, I got 6.5 hours sleep last night but was awake before the alarm went off so I guess my body had had enough. I will try and get an early night again tonight.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Aagh, that was an utterly bonkers week at work, one more week to get through then we get a week to recover. This weekend will mainly be spent recouping, steeling myself for 5 more days of tired kids
This morning I have done the Tesco online shop, it's being delivered tomorrow evening. I want to get through the weekend using up stuff from the fridge and not topping up. Today will be the usual housework then football kinda day.
I've been really good all week, lots of water, lots of sleep, taken my supplements every day and minimal sugar. I can't say I've had none as I do have a bit of mayo sometimes but it's very small amounts. I've lost 3lbs this weekMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
