Ok, imagine looking at a loan on your statements  start date and end date,  it's a £21,500.00 loan,  then you get a letter off your bank, showing two loans within them dates, not your loan, two fake loans and telling you they no ppi but we will pay you commission on them???   As they thought I had no paperwork,  they thought they would get away with it, but I have statement showing my loan, and now I've also got there letter saying different.

Maybe they had to reconstitute the agreement from known records as they had nothing specific for you.  Quite common on old cases.

As they thought I had no paperwork,  they thought they would get away with it,

    Get away with what?

    You didn't answer so....
Did you allow more than six months to pass before you went to the Ombudsman?

Bank said go to ombudsman after they give me final response from another loan, my loans go back to 1997  most had ppi on them, only  loans from 2008
Had none, so my string of loans where upheld or not, until it come to this loan, and all attempts to avoid payment have started, firewall after firewall, as I said the case is in progress now, can't say anymore until I know more,  my original claim for all loan accounts started about July 2019

If I claim tax back for the year via R40, it could be said I knew the 3 loan accounts where fake yet still made claim for tax on them ??? Hard to win this behind bars I  think

OK, again, you havent answered my question. When they sent the rejection letter what was the LATEST date on them? And when did you forward these complaints to the ombudsman. Was it more than six months later? If it was, you are legitimately timebarred, end of.

So was  your "complaint"  simply that the loans were "bogus" and that the Bank somehow owe you a £15,000 refund from finance that totalled £21,000?

Have the Bank refused you access to the Ombudsman because you made a "vexatious" complaint I wonder?
Have you previously been rejected  over this finance and gone back with a "new" complaint more than six months after the original rejection?

Please detail exactly what your original complaint was,  exactly what the response was and the timescales involved.

It doesn't matter if the Ombudsman is still "looking into" the case, if the Bank are refusing to allow the Ombudsman to adjudicate then the extreme likelihood is that this is already concluded...
