Barclay's bank has placed false loan accounts in place of originals, paid commission and 20% tax

I have had about 7 loans upheld and I understand all about them, my next claim is a large loan, bank in affect are saying these two loans are original and there not as I have one loan in my statement a £ 21500.00 loan, they are saying the bogus ones are within the dates of the original, and if I had no paperwork they would have got away with it. They are in affect saying I never had a £21,500.00 loan ??? Yet I have 5 years worth of payments on my STATEMENTS, so this is why everything has come to a sudden halt, bank is nothing. Ombudsman have put there legal on it, as bank stopped them looking, they are looking in to it further, The case continues-1

They have been very clever, putting two non existing loans in place of a original, that is why I'm saying, how many have had this done to them ??? Having no paperwork is the banks big win-1

The FOS don't have a legal team to act against banks. What is likely happened is that the bank have timebarred the FOS and the adjudicator has passed the case to a colleague that deals with timebars as to whether the time bar is valid or not).
They have been very clever, putting two non existing loans in place of a original,I wish I could get a plevin refund for non-existent loans.

Yes the 3 non existent loan accounts I've been sent letters for (so I have the letters from the bank) I have have been paid a total of over £600, witch is fantastic if you had no paperwork you would just be happy to get something back, but when you have paperwork and the original loan account, I and your payment should be a lot more, £21,500.00 14 years ago??? Could be £15,000 refund-1

But, as above, good luck with this mystery legal team at FOS.helpful tips

I'm like alot of other people I don't know it all, what ever they are they are looking into it, the banks do rely on people like me (not knowing it all) I'm just thinking not just about me, how many people have had this done to them ?? Families struggling to pay bills, because they had no paperwork they have lost out-1

A lot of adverts for claims firms make this whole thing seem magical as if if you've ever had vcredit, you are owed money back This is not the case. A successful complaint will result in a refund, an unsuccessful one won't. A complaint can be timebarred, which is the case for you.You had six months from the original rejection, and rejection it was because they paid you Plevin redress, to go to the Ombudsman. If you didn't go to the ombudsman within that six month window you are timebarred. It's that simple.Did you allow more than six months to pass before you went to the Ombudsman?Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi1
