I think VERO told them? I heard of Vero quite a bit and honestly when I first got the information I really thought I hit a gold mine, stupid I know, but I dfid think they were real.

However during the latter stages of selling them e.g. a few weeks ago, I started to get hints they were fakes but like an idiot I carried on.

I used my sisters account to sell so it came in her name as she made the account fo rme to use when I was under 18 which I am sure many of you do, e.g. let you brother/sisters/sons and daughters use your account from time to time. I am now 18+, Uni student, wont they symphasize?

Last thing I need is them asking me for all that money. Where can I get legal advice? I have uni 4 days a week and even on that day off I go in at times, really dont know what this situation is going to do to me.

I was thinking of calling the solicitors up today?

I think you will get as much sympathy from them as you will from me.

    None at all.

If I had any sympathy it would be reserved for the 100 people you conned on ebay, though they were daft to buy from you and may have known they were buying fakes.

Despite your protestations, you knew you were involved in dodgy dealings and now you have to face the consequences.

When you find yourself in court on the wrong end of a massive civil penalty or worse, I hope you learn from the experience.

You need a solicitor. Many offer first consultation free of charge.

You NEED a solicitor. Ask people you know for a recommendation.

Me getting a solicitor compared to Nike's million pound paid solicitors is the issue here. Their solicitors are probably the or one of the best on the market, I simplay can't afford that, I know nothing about talking to solicitors, where do I start?

What Hewitsons claims does not sound right, sounds made up. How could they have any evidence that you directly sold them?

So you don't think that using an ebay account where your name and address is directly released to your buyers somehow gave this away?

Got a reccomendation from a friend who says I should go to Owen White lawyers. Going to cost me an arm and a leg this is!

If it was simple £350, I will pay it and never touch those shoes again, but, the want £25 per trainer which is going to equal a few thousands of pounds.

Knowing how solicitors work, they would want every single penny off me.
