Thought I'll open a new thread, so, here it goes! I got a letter from Hewitsons today saying that I should pay £25 per trainer I sold which is above what I sold them for PLUS £350 to settle the claim PLUS a percentage of something. I work for a trademark firm and nike will sue. You dont have to have a sol to reply. Get in touch with their attorney and see if you can bargain with them. You will prob have to handover all your profit and stocks and pay their full legal fees.
