Good evening everyone
Well done to all who’ve lost weight or STS 👏
Apologies for a very brief post today, I haven’t been feeling too good (a bit coldy and glands a bit up, and feel freezing cold too - but sense of smell still working. I think it’s what my mother would’ve blamed on the changeable weather lately, some sort of summer cold). Anyway, I’ve taken aspirin, sat quiet in my chair and rested. Hope for better things tomorrow
Today’s invalid diet
B : bacon & eggs

Hugs to Molly xx Glad it's not just me that wears clothes until they literally fall off.
I've been busy decluttering this afternoon - little by little I'll get there. I'm waiting to hear whether I'm about to declutter my Pip - my beloved car who has served me well for 15 years but is falling apart and would cost far too much to mend - lots of bodywork and welding requiredI've seen a car I like and 'spoken' to the garage about it (via messaging thingy - so much easier than actually speaking to someone!) I was all ready to do the deal but they had a 4.30 appointment with someone looking at the car. The garage will ring me if they don't buy it. I have to tell myself if it's meant to be it …..
…..NEWSFLASH I was stopped mid-sentence by the phone ringing and I've only been and gone and bought a new to me car. I feel a bit sick. It isn't the car that I originally spoke to the garage about, but another one that the garage had in which I'd looked at online this afternoon. I've gone for a cheap little runaround as I only do about 3000 miles a year.... so in my head I just saved £4000. I'm probably not making any sense - I'm all of a tiswas.
And breathe....

Just concentrate on how much money you've saved, it will make everything worthwhile.
Take comfort that it couldn't be worse than my first car, which I will tell you about when you are feeling stronger.
I am feeling ashamed because I made some biscuits today, not for me I hasten to add, my friend is coming round tomorrow to start painting my fences. I felt I must have biscuits to offer him with the cups of tea and coffee I will be making. These biscuits are my go-to biscuits and I must have made hundreds down the years. When I took them out of the oven they had all moulded themselves into one big biscuit. Goodness knows what I did. It's never happened before. They taste OK, just a bit different. I have broken it into pieces and have to keep going back to test them again.
I now feel slightly sick and my body was screaming that it had had quite enough some time ago, but I managed to ignore it.
Mea culpa.I believe that friends are quiet angels

The amount of adrenaline running through my veins right now should mean I lose pounds this week, but we'll see.

Well done Zippy 👏👏
Ditty I hope the scan when ok and Blue I hope you'll feel better after a good night sleep 🙂
have fun with the 'new' car Roundtuit,
I just hoped you enjoyed the biscuits Monna 🙂 and left some for your friend 🙂 have you noticed that baked goods no one else is going to see can look and taste great, trying to bake for someone else can go horribly wrong 🙄
Back to usual Monday stuff at work. After work I planted a container with some herbs, only the rosemary, marjoram and chives seem to be doing ok in my herb garden. I may get bored of watering something else and put them somewhere else in the garden at a later date.

Monday:
B: banana, half apple and oats and musli w milk ( I have about half oats and half musli to cut down on the sugar)
L: 2 rye and hummus sandwiches (w chorizo slices)
S: 4 wheat crackers w peanut butter and 5 dried apricots
Exercise Planned bike ride (30 min) and a long walk 10000 steps
Dinner Turkey mince chili w rice and cheese
Not sure if tis is good or bad, a but too much peanut butter and a bit more fruit would have been fine.
Ankle scan was fine, good and bad, there is an old sort of fracture, so it seems like it wont damage it to keep running!
Am looking at what everybody else is eating, and thinking that I probably have a fairly healthy appetite.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Just popping in to report that today instead of trying on clothes from the 'too small' shelf I tried on a few things hanging in my wardrobe. One pair of trousers and one skirt has gone into the charity bag as they are now just too big to feel comfy (and I have several charity buys in the next size down waiting for me to wear them). Some of my clothes are a little bit baggy as I head from size 16 to size 14 but I'm not quite ready to let them go yet. But I do have two pairs of size 14 trousers I'll be able to wear without a baggy top pretty soon
. One pair of M&S ankle grazers just need a new bit of elastic in the back of the waist to extend the wear a bit longer. I tried on my size 14 jacket purchased about 5 years ago and it zips up, but still feels slightly tight across the shoulders/arms. I hadn't realised just how much weight I gained on my upper body. I will be so happy when I can wear that favourite jacket comfortably again
Hope Blue Doggy is feeling better again. Cheers and best wishes to you losers/STSs and everyone. Keep on keeping onOSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

L- lentil burger in a bun and pack of baked crisps
D- salad, rice, houmous, slice of bread and feta.
S- half a choc bar9 -
Just sticking my head around the door before I go to work to cheer supersaver xx Isn't it satisfying when you get something on that was too tight before? And well done on donating too big clothes before they fall off you
