Well done Monna, nice and consistent 👏. Roundtuit well done on STS, looks like you've started to turn the corner again from your blip 👏. Supersaver too small clothes fitting is better than the numbers going down on the scales 🙂
Jules I know Monna said it better than I could she's a wise old woman, if adding your calories on posts works for you then please doI've never got my head around counting them which could explain why I've spent my adult life on one diet or another. Are you able to have telephone or Skype therapy in the short term, I work with someone who is currently having grief counselling that way. We're all here to support you and if you feel you can't post your weight that's ok to
Blue Doggy I hope you're ok 🙂
Another quiet day, I topped up on food this morning, I hadn't planned on going to Sains but ended up there with my car the other end of town 🙄 I think I'll go back to the farm shop next week as their fruit and veg is so much nicer. I did pick up some local produce from the very few stalls in the farmers market, asparagus, watercress, tomato's and eggs, other than milk I've no plans to go near a shop until next Saturday
L - fruit I wasn't very hungry
D - roast pork, roast parsnips, root veg mash, runner beans
S - blueberries

Thank you Brambling its great to see my first smiley saint up there. Very encouraging, especially after my roast dinner last night (roast spuds!!). I've just written leftovers on my meal plan today, but I'm finding it is best to have my meals planned for the day or its easy to start snacking. Breakfast will be beans on toast for a weekend treat, then later on I'm hoping that DD will finish off the leftover roast and I will have ...... leftover chicken curry. DH will have to sort himself out, I'm thought out about food nowOSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

roundtuit well done on the sts
I have weighed in 2lb lighter this week. I've also hit 2 milestones; I've lost half the weight I want to lose and I'm no longer in the obese BMI range, I'm now merely overweight!!
I'm holding out for chicken and mushroom rice tonight, followed by an orange and a few grapes.
Have a good day everyone, sun is breaking through already here. 🌤A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it
You're welcome we can spare it, yellow socks8 -
Well done Tighteningthebelt its good when you achieve goals xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.9 -
Good morning everyone
Hi Brambling, thank you very muchI’m fine now. I had a bit of a flip midweek - this house arrest and solitary confinement got to me, and excess chocolate brownies were scoffed, as well as an evening binge on oatmeal with milk (it may sound harmless, but 3 bowls in half an hour isn’t).
Congratulations to All you Super Losers and STSers, as well as Everyone who’s clothes are looser than they were. 👏👍👏👍
Hugs for jules, it’s tough, but you can do it and come out the other side
I’m sorry I haven’t posted for a bit: as above, I had a bit of a flip and a binge, and didn’t want to post negative vibes. The good thing about a flip is there’s a bit of energy there, which got used in some jungle clearance in the garden. I’ve decided that I need to be honest - cake is going to be eaten, so instead of pretending it won’t be and then buying sugary cakes from the shop on my once-a-week trip, I’ll make my own ingredient and portion controlled cakes etc. starting with scones today. Some will be frozen to keep the Goblins of Staleness awayWeighing in: in spite of all, I’ve lost 1 lb. Woo-hoo and wey-hey!
Menu for today:
B : porridge
D : pork chop casseroled with onion and parsnip, cabbage on the side; blackberries and apple with yogurt (there’s no freezer drawer so deep you can’t be found, lurkers)
T : tangerines with fat-free yogurt.
S : probably a scone“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

That's what I do Blue_Doggy. I make my own cakes, biscuits etc then I can cut the portions as small as I like. I've been making cake in a small square tin and cutting it into 16 pieces and I've been making gingerbread biscuits too. Most of it disappears into my skinny 15 year old son so there's no real need to practice restraint. I use the recipe thing on MFP to work out the calories.
I had an "in case of emergency" sweetie bag. I say had because I've given it to the HT to hide - I can't be trusted. He doesn't like sweets so they're safe. He'd rather have a gingerbread biscuit. We also went out along the prom again this morning. There's something so peaceful about the water, even if most of it is only the River Mersey. Yes Monna we're lucky to be able to do it and for the many years that I lived elsewhere I really missed the sea.
Well done all of you. Lose, gain, stay the same....we're all trying our best. Even when you're having a bad day be kind to yourself. If it was easy we'd all look like Twiggy already. The HT had never heard of Twiggy so he asked Siri on his phone who Twiggy was. That's how we found out about Twiggy the water skiing squirrel. Honestly, Twiggy the model must have millions of mentions but you can rely on Siri to find the thing with only five or so
Take care all of you8 -

I know it's late in April but can I join please? (assuming you lovely lot will accept me so here's my life story:-and if i am not accepted, I wil have to use a neuralyzer and erase your memories of this post.
) Like some I've lost and gained close to a million pounds over my life. I've gained quite a bit (I'm shy about the numbers right now) over the last 4 years while my son was fighting cancer and frankly didn't care about it after he died. My health has always been good (thank the Lord or good genetics or something) but recently it's had a bit of a downturn. I knew I had to get serious now--my other two children have suffered such a huge loss, I have to protect them right now if I can and my dearest husband is a good man to whom I still owe many long years of torture.
I do a pretty strict Keto diet (with hubby's supervision as he is a physician) and since i'm a very fluffy person, I tend to lose the first few pounds rather quickly. Since April 1 I have lost 10 pounds doing intermittent fasting (18/24 fasting). I weigh on Monday. Caveat: my GP put me on new meds and i think they have a lot to do with lack of appetite now but I'm happy with it!
I would like to lose 30 pounds this quarter. I will WI tomorrow morning.
Today's repast:
b-pimiento cheese spread with pecans (sort of like a cheeseball on a spoon :P )- 2 0z
l-1 egg with 2 slices of cheese
d-i chicken thigh, sliced cucumbers, sauteed spinach
s-10g chocolate
