On the letter of claim ( pre court paper) the reason to make a claim against me it is because I failed to make payment and later TT terminated the contract. These facts are not accurate as I am the one who terminated the contract not TT. 
    Did TT agree to terminate the contract due to them not providing an acceptable internet connection?

    They sent me a email confirmation that I am leaving saying I am sorry that you decided to leave us...
    I guessed they agreed because I got another provider 30 days after notice.

    Would be interested to know how long after a fault is reported do you have to wait before you can legitimately terminate the contract.

    The "sorry you are leaving" email is standard, they cannot stop you migrating to a new provider so that doesn't imply any agreement to early termination. Did you have no service from TT for the 30 days until your new provider took over?

    No service. If you count from the time I reported the pb to switch day, then I would say it is aound 6 weeks. So roughly 7 weeks. ( I reported the pb 1 week I think after the pb started).
