    Thanks AstonSmith for your input.
Like I said to my first post my internet connection was rubbish to nul. I mean I didn't complaint to TT when it was rubbish because I know they cant do nothing about. So I let it go until when in Nov 2018 my connection went to no connection at all. After going through the technical check, and I had to leave them to get another provider because  we needed internet. I cant get two provider at once.
I will read through the terms and conditions of the agreement and see what I can found.
There is one thing I dont understand is if TT were right to apply this charge why do they say I failed to make payment hence THEY terminated the contract. This is what the letter of claim states. If they have a legitimate reason why would you lie?

BIB. Over what period was this? ie when did you report loss of service and when did you leave?

Suggest you contact a solicitor or let BW take you to court and trash your credit record for 6 years .
Pointless asking this forum as you have very fixed view that you are right and the law is wrong .
This post is unhelpful in two regards:
Firstly, it presupposes that the OP will not pay the debt if BW win at court.
Secondly, it misrepresents the law. Just because one person demands money by calling it a debt, it doesn't necessary follow that the law requires the other person to pay it.

Solicitor to point out the legal facts to the OP . Or advice from random users on a forum .

Probably just using a standard letter template that they use for everyone.

In a letter of claim, they have to state the reason for making a claim to the county court ie facts...this is a new guidance to CCJ. I have read it somewhere. This is to try to resolve matter before going to court and hence wasting judge time I guess.

Yes, the parties must have the opportunity to resolve the dispute privately.
Going to court should only be done as a last resort.

The reason I came to this forum and started a new thread it was because I read other thread about BW legal in parking fines category and people successfully stopped the creditors with the help of random users in this forum. So I though I may find the same help.
Regarding  solicitor well I cant afford one as i dont think legal aid is available for that. I may have to turn to citizen advice bureau or other charities. I will see tomorrow.
So anyone who experienced same issues or have knowledge on CCJ claim you are more than welcome to help me and others. Thank you in advance
