NST April 2020: Fools we are not!

Hope your ankle is feeling better apple...
I've lost my mojo a bit over the past couple of days. Not sure why or where it has gone but hopefully it will come back soon. The sun is shining, it's officially the Easter holidays so I don't need to school work and I have a garden and two kids that are able to entertain themselves most of the time. No real plans for today other than to make sure that I get out for a walk. May bully one of the kids into coming with me today.
Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Sorry I haven't checked in for a few days. Think I've lost my mojo too, CCL. I'm finding it difficult to sleep and when I do I wake up in a panic. We're well, have all we need and enough to keep us busy so no real reason. I think it's just the strange times we're living in.
I think I'm on NSD No 12 but I've sort of lost track. I've managed to get a couple of online food orders which are more expensive than our usual shop at Aldi but it's OK. Think I might be a bit over budget just now as I usually do the food weekly but it should work out over the month.
Hope everyone is safe and well.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.10 -
Abundant - change is tricky isn't it? Especially when you have no control over it yourself.Sorry to hear about lost mojos - hope they come back soon. My dd was back to online school today, so we're very much back into a structured day for the next 5 1/2 weeks. I'm not back until next Mon so am sitting next to dd while she works, and doing more research for useful things to add in to what I've already planned.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!8

Hi all have had an almost productive day - emailed w students, sour dough is slightly bubbly and I've got a banana bread in the oven with the rest of the yoghurt based sour dough, I have put my bets on the flour based one. Bread might happen on Friday or Satuday.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Evening all. Worked today but I too have lost my mojo! Just started getting annoyed with the endless virtual meetings for some reason. Off again tomorrow so there's that. Hopefully be feeling back to myself by Friday.
Have had a spend day today, bought a pair of new riding boots as mine have holes in, they were on sale so I grabbed them, they will be a birthday gift so will get most/all of the money back but I will still count it as a spend. Am on 13 NSD's. Started planning May's budget, seems a bit early but might as well start now.7 -
Sorry I feel this is more of a diary than me doing the challenge will look at where I am and regain focus tomorrow
NSD 10/15 - yet I’ve spent up already.
DS did a bit of maths workbook and times table challenge online, made a lego crocodile ready for cubs online tomorrow and read his book, I played footy in the garden with him then my DH did. He’s doing school work but no enthusiasm and he can’t seem to be bothered 😕
Even doing the lego animal he picked the easiest one to do.
Finished my book, read outside in the sun. That was nice.
Did 2 loads of washing that has dried outside but nothing else achieved today. Haven’t been for a walk either.

Today I have been cleaning and scrubbing. That's about it, I finished my book by 10.15 this morning, started cleaning and have only just stopped. I have officially gone bonkers. Still, NSD 10, got £30 cashback, nothing really to report. Same old, same old I'm afraid.

Did two loads of laundry and dried them outside, did a few lots of weeding and have requested husband's help for digging over part of the lawn/old flowerbeds for veg beds. My peas and mangetout seedlings are nearly ready to plant out.
I have washed 1 window
The government has just prolonged the quarantine situation until 3 May. DD2 is over the moon that she doesn't have to go back to school just yet, but DD1 had a minor breakdown about missing her friends. And then we did a walk through the village and met a classmate she doesn't like and suddenly she's fine staying at home for a bit longer
Still no money spent, but I have arranged to pick up two pots of honey from a friend for €10. I am planning to cycle over there on Saturday and will transfer the money through our bank account.

Bbk - it is hard to do this as a challenge, as none of us can plan much. So just keep posting!Today I am grateful for the sunshine, for dh taking dd up to the woods to find the fairy grotto/grove created by a local school, for a spectacular bruise on my foot that has even seeped down to my sole but that aches less each day, for painted stones around the place, for free resources, for good coffee.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!8
