TheFair said:*EDIT* It's OK< I've found the form online. It's a bit out of order that there's no link to it from your booking. They really want people to take the voucher instead.I've just had my flight cancellation email for a trip to Cyrpus on July 27th. On the email it says I can request a refund through the 'Manage my Booking' area, but all it refers to is a voucher or switching flights. Anyone able to tell me how I get the flights refunded please?
Log in to your EasyJet account. Find the booking which is cancelled. Press 'Manage Disruption'. Find the bit where it says "To request a refund please visit our Covid-19 and disruption Help Hub." In my case the webpage takes you to the bit that shows your flight and you can see 'Request vouchers' so I had to scroll back up the page to see this refund option. Follow the instructions and you will get to a bit which offers 1. vouchers 2. changing flight or 3. other options. Choose Other Options. You will get to a bit that says "We understand that you may prefer a refund. To apply for a refund you'll need to fill in our refund application form >"

Good old Easyet. I recommend they change their name as they are far from EASY to deal with. Last week received an email saying flights had been cancelled. Completed the refund page on website. 3 days later received an email saying our return flights time has been changed, it gives us 3 options - 1) Switch to other flight 2) Accept voucher 3) Phone Easy Jet if option 1 or 2 are no good. Problem is they never pick up the phone. I havent got 1 hour to wait on hold. #Absolute Nightmare.0

I booked directly from EasyJet. My outbound flight (from UK) was cancelled and the inbound flight was changed (new flight number and times). after receiving the cancellation email from them, I completed the online form to get a refund - and - I am not entirely sure how or why but I was refunded the same day although not the money I paid at the time of making the booking. the overall booking was around £250. i got refunded £15.47. no idea what happened there!0

quebe said:Hi folks, we were due to fly to Paris for 3 days next week, the outbound flight is still going ahead but the return isn't and we've been shifted on to the later flight - 7.5 hours later to be precise.
Easyjet have sent an email that conveniently doesn't say the flight is cancelled, just that our flight time has changed. The original flight and the one we were moved to have different flight numbers. Both original flights were booked as a round trip under the same booking reference.
I've applied for a refund online as i can't get through to Easyjet, just get constant messages about only hanging on the line if travelling in the next 48 hours. Just want to check if there's anything else I should do? I want a refund but in a position to accept a voucher if i really had to, however, if you try to accept a voucher online, there's no option to do so via Manage my booking and as i can't get through on the phone...

We are due to fly in September but want to re-schedule for next September, flights being released next Friday. Now I know I can change the flight without charge (subject to paying the difference if flights more expensive, speaking of which will they refund the difference if the new ones are cheaper?) but my question is whether our chosen seats (A1 & A2) and our hold baggage allocation will be carried over as well.1 -

Hi, Wehave a return flight to Split booked with easyjet for one week commencing 10thSeptember 2020. This was for a Family wedding which has been cancelled. At first I tried contacting Easyjet for a refund. No replies as yet. Now the Wedding has been re-scheduled, same place for late may next year. I have tried to re-schedule the flights online, but cannot re-schedule the return flight, the published schedule only goes up to 31may and our return date would be 3rd June. I cannot get through via any other media - what do I do?0

I had easyjet flights earlier in the summer that were cancelled due to C-19 and have been refunded but I got emails for both of those that specifically said they'd been cancelled.0 -
