Refund from Hoppa re cancellation

Did you pay through PayPal or credit card if so resolve through PayPal resolution or chargeback on credit card

That’s awful, if they cancelled at short notice they should pick up the tab to get you back to the airport

We had our cruise cancelled July 20 and again for 21 we cannot get a refund or extended credit  how can Hoppa get away with theft  of our money can we charge back via credit card for service not provided

Have Hoppa breached their contract?

Not sure what travel elements you booked via Hoppa but if separate from your cruise then just because the cruise is cancelled does not mean and automatic refund right on other separately purchased items.

It sounds like they are basically saying they will go under if they refunded cash.
