    I got my credits the other day. The email stated that EVERYONE has received their credit now (as in that they deserve a clap). So that is another lie 😡.
    anyway, I’ve spent ages and ages fighting this and I now have my refund 👏👏👏.
    what I did that made all the difference was to google “hoppa old terms and conditions”
    One of the links (third one down for me) Mentioned gotolimos which is a part of hoppa.
    Click on that and hey presto it’s a link to the old terms and conditions.
    DO IT!!!!  SEND IT TO PAYPAL AS FRESH EVIDENCE!!

  • Some good news for me last night, in that PayPal (second attempt) have found in my favour and have refunded me.  The point I made to PayPal was I paid for a promised service (the shuttle or a full cash refund less £1) I didn't receive (the refund part).

    By comparison all the other companies involved in my trip were fair, full refund from airport car park, full refund from Jet2 (took them a while to get in touch with me, but they did and refunded within 3 working days without question).

    Like others, I have used Hoppa last year without problem, but their failure of customer service during this period, their failure to deliver what was promised, their changing of their T&C to use against us means I will not be returning. I would rather pay a small amount more each trip to use a more reputable and ethical company than buy cheap and get this kind of customer service.

  • I have tried 4 times now to get a CASH refund from Hoppa. Each time the website says that it will get a 'voucher number' but none forthcoming. As a result I have no reference to get back to them. Can anyone help please with a telephone number so that I can call them and ask what's happening. Something needs to be done about Hoppa!!!!!!!!!

    You need to use email so you have a papertrail - they could say whatever they want just to get you off the phone and deny the conversation ever took place.

    The way I contacted them was click on the help tab, then contact us, then submit a complaint and fill out the required info on there. Not an ideal way, but at least its gets sent.
