Help! Our holiday is cancelled. Confirmation from our hotel and the airline. Nothing from travel republic themselves. No response to any of our questions. No contact made at all. No phone lines open. Paid credit card. That will take up to 6 weeks to go through. How do I complain to travel republic?0

I have had a holiday booked to Spain for months now. I am due to travel 6th October. I was hoping the Air Corridors would re-open, but I cannot see it at this stage. I have tried to contact TR, like everyone else. I have even sent 2 recorded deliveries, one to customer services in Preston and the other to their head office in Kingston upon Thames. The royal mail are unable to deliver them. I am desperately trying to change my holiday to some place that I can travel to, but not being able to contact TR is making this extremely frustrating Surely TR would sooner get money from the change of destination than have to cancel and pay a full refund.0

Had enough of TR. Just booked to Portugal with Jet2. Transfers and Baggage included £369. £60 cheaper than TR. Will never book with the again, that's if they are still in business0

Hi We have a package booked with Travel republic for October to the Maldives. Our flights are with Etihad MAN-AUH-MLE return. Etihad has just informed us that the outbound AUH-MLE flight has been cancelled but the remaining flight are still booked. TR have told us nothing & I cannot get hold of them. There is other flight availability but without speaking to TR I cannot make any changes as we didn't book directly. I have confirmed directly with the hotel that our booking with them is still live. I can't rebook without TR confirming cancellation or amending. The balance is due in a few weeks & don't know what to do next. Can I cancel based on the fact one of the flights no longer exists? Should I stop the balance pmt can anyone offer any advice please?0

Sorry Ganga, I would be very surprised with all this bad publicity that they will successfully emerge from this unscathed. What I would like to ask though, are there any TR employees reading these messages and how do they feel about their bosses handling of the situation. Are they really doing their best to protect your jobs by closing all messaging, via your online account, closing all phone lines and closing their customer services and head office to delivery of any mail. I would really like to hear the views of a TR employee.0

Hi,
In November I booked and paid for a package holiday due to leave for St Kitts on the 12th September 2020. At this point in time there is a St Kitts Travel Advisory Update that states "that the Federation expects to reopen its borders, October 2020."
The FCO site also states the following "The borders of St Kitts and Nevis will remain closed to all non-citizens and non-residents until October".
I have now found out that my BA flight is only going to Antigua and the onward connection to St Kitts has been removed from my booking. On contacting the BA customer services I was informed that they will not be flying to St Kitts until 27th October. I have been informed by BA that I will lose my money if I do not take the Antigua flight and was advised that can request a change or refund through TR.
I am now in the same quandary as thousands of others as I have not received any replies to my emails to Travel. I don't know where I stand with regards to cancellations and refunds. Any advice would be gratefully received.0 -

I'm not happy as I have not been able to speak to anyone I have read that lots of people have had thousands taken from them and im starting to panic basically they have done a runner with everyone's money so what do we do???? Where do we stand??? The bank say they will be able to claw money back but to be honest I'd rather it not leave my account in the first place!!!0

When are you due to go on holiday?
TR will be prioritising work loads and dealing with those customers with near departure dates. Frustrating as this may be it is probably the fairest way. If you were due to fly this Thursday to one of the Greek islands with travel restrictions I am sure you would hope your call and problem is dealt with before someone travelling in say two months.
If the hotel is unable to accept your stay then TR will offer an alternative or a refund - in due course.0
