So I was correct , they hadn't refused refunds and have now started paying out.

No they haven't refused refunds ... But as yet they haven't given any either. Ryanair have been promising refunds for weeks too ... Again I'm not aware of anyone who has received one.

I have been constantly trying to get hold of TR via their telephone number and also their messaging service once I have logged on, on line but no answer at all. the last I heard from them was to say they will be in touch with me within 14 days of my flight date but I am now on 8 days which is starting to concern me. I have even messaged them to say I am happy to have a credit note and rebook with them when this is all over but still nothing. any ideas or advice welcomed? Chris,
