you can also check here if your flight is cancelled officially by Norwegian air, even if they don't send you an email or sms confirmation which is required by your travel insurers. Check this every day for your flight and take a screen shot for evidence

Annoyingly flights from Europe to the US have been cancelled, but not from London.1 -
The flights to the US from Gatwick might be repatriation flights, as it's only US citizens that are allowed in I think. Also waiting for our flight to New York to be cancelled so we can get a full refund. Like others, been offered CashPoints. No thank you. And just had an email about the changes they are making to their on-board services in light of current situation .....!!0

I feel like such an idiot. Just had an email from Norwegian Air offering a refund. I clicked through everthing, agreeing to cancel the flight in the process, as it all sounded so plausible and didn't say anything about CashPoints, only a refund. No Live Chat today, and I've emailed to say we want a refund to our credit card but I'm worried we're just going to end up with £1500 worth of CashPoints when we really need the money. Any ideas if we can do anything?0

I almost just did that too! This morning I logged into their website and the language is very deceptive & misleading. Which link did you follow? The one under Cancel your booking or "claim ticket refund"? Either of the options, you'll end up in the same page to process a "refund" to which afterwards they tell you your reimbursement is actually cash points.I see a class-action suit in the future if they don't start offering actual refunds. Norwegian doesn't want to be a company associated with the spread of disease, which is what they are doing if they aren't giving anyone the choice to actually cancel their flight for a refund. I'm American, and don't have any use for "cash points" and it's very unlikely that I'll be in Europe before Nov 2020 (which is when they are stating the cash point will expire). It's greed. It's unlawful and they should be held accountable for what they are doing.

I'm due to fly on Saturday to Los Angeles from Gatwick. Just checked the status of the flights. Today, tomorrow and Tues are now cancelled, however yesterday and 2 days before still departed. Hopefully the cancellations will continue during the week and also at the weekend so I don't have to be forced to accept cash points, when all I want is a refund. Going to try and contact my insurance company to see what they say.0

I had this mail from Norwegian Air yesterday. I don't know what it means, It's very vague.
I'am due to fly 31st march from Gatwick to Florida
My flight is also totally gone from my Norwegian Air profile/account. I no longer have any flights booked according to that.
