Full mortgage application in halifax

Hi,
i just read the news. I already have a mortgage offer but we need 90%LTV, does it mean that we are affected by it? No email from our broker o from the bank yet. It is making me worry.

Existing applications aren't affected at Halifax

Hi all,
I just got an email from the broker saying that the mortgage offer is just waiting underwriters issuing the offer, that should happen within the next 48 hours.

It is a new building, none is living there. It is already complete and ready to move in. I am just locked to a renting contract till June (that was the initial moving month before all this happening).
