My broker just told me they are not "underwriter checks" (No idea what that means) as I have a notice of correction on my credit file, but it is about that I cannot register to vote as I am not UK citizen therefore I am not registered in the electoral roll. Broker said it will take now 2 days to come back with a decision.
    :(
I have got same notice of correction on my credit report due to electoral roll ma asked me when i send full application said there is something come up if underwriter ask what should she said i told her that im not eligible to register so made it notice of correction hope that wont make any problem ...

Well that is what I said, that I am not eligible to vote and that is why i am not in the register. And I put that notice of correction on my credit report.

Why do did you put a correction in your report? Who advised you to do that?

I just read it last year that sometimes mortgages are declined when you are not in the electoral roll, and a NoC needs to be put on it, I asked the agencies (experian, credit karma y clearscore) to add it, maybe was a mistake. But not sure tbh :(
