Great news, did you apply through a Broker? Did they send it by post?

    Cheers,

    Update guys:
Got the valuation today, waiting for full offer to come within the next 3 days hopefully.
We are now waiting for the ATP from the HTB agent, which has been already 2 weeks since we submitted it. Has anyone got their ATP (if doing HTB), does it come by post?
    Cheers,
I received mine via email, direct from the agent.
Application went in on the 25th February with approval received on 20th March.
I just got the ATP from the agent. :)
@mard3010 when did you apply for the HTB? We made both our applications with Halifax and HTB on 13th March. Valuation from Halifax was done on 17th and on 19th March we received the full mortgage offer. Still nothing from HTB and still waiting for the ATP....in order to start the exchange process...

We applied on 10th March 3 days later needed to send a middle name that was missing on the form. Then I called and they didn't receive the email had to resend it again and wait 4 more days. It's HTB Northwest

Did you get the offer on post? Did you apply front a broker?
    Cheers

@mard3010 I haven't received yet the offer from Halifax through the post. My mortgage broker sent it to me via email. I have applied with HTB Midlands & London who they say they have 15 working-days delay. I am hoping I will hear soon by the end of the month. When you received the ATP from HTB was it a document attached to the email or just a ''you have been approved'' email?

    Thank you

It was an email with a lot of documents and the ATP (it says how much they are lending and details of the property, 2 pages document), I sent that to the solicitors/developer and IFA. Some forms.
When did  you apply for the mortgage and when did you get the valuation back? We have got the valuation on Tuesday, it came up positive. But we dont know if we are going to be offered or not, as it seems halifax is pulling higher 60% LTV mortgages.

@mard3010 great thanks. We applied with Halifax early morning on Friday 13th via our mortgage broker. He called me around mid day on the same day and said that my application was approved subject to valuation. I paid the £200 and the valuation was done on Tuesday 17th March. Valuation was exactly the same as the price we are paying and the mortgage broker sent me the mortgage offer from Halifax in a PDF on Thursday 19th March. My LTV is 55%, 40% HTB and 5% deposit so should be fine. I think if you already received an offer from Halifax that should be honoured. The 60% restriction is for new applications after the 25th March...

Thanks, we got the valuation back on 24th, not offer has come through. Broker says 3-5 working days. But with all this we don't know if the offer will come after those announcements as we are getting 85% LTV / 10% HTB and 5% Deposit.
The good thing is our flat is ready to move, the bad thing is we have a letting agreement till July, that was the initial estimated completion date.
I think I am living in a movie or so.

Yeah...strange times we are living in. My developer (countryside) announced on the 25th March that all constructions will stop until further notice due to covid-19. My provisional exchange date was the 24th April 2020 and completion in July 2020....but I guess everything will move for at least 2-3 months.

Hope everything goes well for you ;)
