All applications pass through the underwriters. These are the individuals empowered to make the final decisions on behalf of the lender. As to whether an offer should be made or not. The buck stops with them.Serdar048 said:

We were really hoping to get the mortgage offer but when my ma told me gone to underwriter im a bit nervous tbh as all documents i give them okay but still that is a bit scary hoping good newsputopao said:I think if the valuation says it’s ok then nothing to worry as you have been approved subject to valuation already. Update guys:
Got the valuation today, waiting for full offer to come within the next 3 days hopefully.
We are now waiting for the ATP from the HTB agent, which has been already 2 weeks since we submitted it. Has anyone got their ATP (if doing HTB), does it come by post?
Cheers,0 -

Valuations are critical. The money won't be advanced unless the property offers adequate security.Serdar048 said:

That may depend on individual firms. Much of industry and commerce does appear to be shutting down of it's own accord. Without waiting for further guidance.Serdar048 said:
