Have anyone one heard from Halifax? Broker said our application still on the queue to be looked at. It has been 10 days already and with all that things happening around dont know what to think.

My valuation been booked for tomorrow did your valuation been booked or ?

Broker just texted us that mortgage was approved subject to valuation and valuation is booked to 20th of March.

Update-our mortgage has been approved! It confirmed that valuation has been done , we didnt know when but it says it’s all ok.

Update : valuation came as same price my offer my application with an underwriter i dont know how thats gona work how long gona be so nervous
