When I cancelled my BT sport two weeks ago I was told that it would be cancelled from my next billing date which is actually tomorrow.

I have just done this online. Two months worth of BT sport credited to my next bill, and will continue past into the future if things continue.
I think you'll have to pause the subscription again yourself if the cessation of live sport is extended.
I will make sure near the end of the two months, thanks

I've already paid my next PlusNet bill ( which included the BT Sports app) and that had a rebate for part of last month! Yet I still have access!
  • Hi there, I paused my Sky account a couple of weeks ago, and it shows as paused on their system. However they've still charged me the full amount today and I'm not allowed to contact them as I'm not in a high risk group or a keyworker. Anyone else experienced the same?

Sorry should have said my BT Sport was with Plusnet through the Sky platform not through Plusnet YouView, mine has now been cancelled just get the message from Sky that I do not subscribe.

I paused my sports subscription with both BT and Sky online about ten days ago. The Sky dd came out a couple of days ago and they had knocked it off my bill. BT dd today and they had done the same. I, too, got the impression that I was too close to my bill date(s) for it to happen this month, but it did.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.
