I tried and failed 3 times then I took a piece of advice, started an incognito session on my browser and succeeded straight away. Not sure why. Cookies perhaps?
  • Thanks giraffe69 for the idea but it didn't work for me unfortunately :(

Yes, my discount was applied for the current move and next month in full, then my future bill in June has a partial discount, and July goes back to full price. I'm guessing it'll adjust closer to the time.
  • Can I just check if anyone knows if this affects any offers on your account? Our sky sports is discounted, I just wanted to check pausing it wouldn’t mean it jumps up to full price when this is all over?

No effect whatsoever. The bill simply returns to normal in June...
  • Thank you!

I have just done this online. Two months worth of BT sport credited to my next bill, and will continue past into the future if things continue.

I think you'll have to pause the subscription again yourself if the cessation of live sport is extended.

I've paused Sky Sport and also cancelled BT Sport app completely about 3 weeks ago.
I know I still get access to Sky Sports  but yesterday I tried BT Sport on a tablet - still working ! And I could cast to the TV as before. Is this others experience after cancellation??
