Yeah, I had the same issue just looking at my account.

Can't be bothered to read the posts but I phoned 0800 151 2747.  Automated response wanted to know why I was contacted Sky. I said "Pause Sky Sport"  Just followed the prompts and it was done.  Was also told I would keep Sky Sports during the pause.

Thanks! Didn't work when I said "pause" first time, told me to go online. But when I rang back and said "cancel", took just a few minutes to offer the pause option.

Tried pausing sky sports yesterday evening for elderly parents, no luck after 5 hours online and telephone.  Been trying this morning still not luck as yet.

All good for me and the channels are still available.  No idea why they do not just do it automatically. Assume that is to protect revenue from people not realising this is a genuine discount.

For those pausing Sports HD - Did you have discounts on others parts of the sub ,and, if so, did they remain after pausing??

Yes and yes, checked my account and future bills still showing discounts with Sky sport paused.

The website failed to acknowledge my pause attempt yesterday and Saturday for over an hour. Using the suggestion of going in using Incognito mode worked in 20 seconds so thank you for that suggestion.

Well ,I got the website to work this morning and paused Sports HD. Also cancelled BT Sports app with PlusNet.
Future bills show the reduced amount I hoped/expected for April and May payments but June bill shows some strange numbers! Looks like they have paused for 3 months - ( altho' the numbers still don't quite add up) -is this the common experience??
