I spoke to mine last week, though not regarding mortgage directly though it did come up, he said they hadn’t received anything, I assume it gets sent once signed offer is back? Which ours went back last week

We are using a packager via an MA as well. I spoke with her yesterday as there had been another query and she reckons the packager is taking two days to turn around any emails they receive. Add on any further delay due to packager relaying answer to Bluestone and then waiting for the reply then you do get logjams. We have found that initially the queries were from the packager as they are getting everything ready to package it up and send to Bluestone and then if there are any additional queries from the underwriter they are passed to us via packager then MA!
As an aside we had our valuation undertaken last Thursday and as at last night it still hadn't been submitted by the surveyor.

We are in the process of gaining a mortgage with Bluestone via Simply Adverse, which have been amazing so far!  
Dip - 12th October 
Offer on house - 13th October 
App submitted - 14th October 
Paid and Valuation instructed - 28th October  
Just waiting for the valuation to be done 😬
It’s been so helpful following everyone’s journey, good luck everyone 🤞🏻

we received our offer today after valuation only been instructed this time last week!! super excited and wish everyone else good luck with theirs!!

We had our mortgage offer yesterday!!! 

Survey took place on Monday 🥳
the whole process for us has taken 11wks - this is because some of our documents had to be ordered like bank statements so they were a 7 day wait! 

We started the process 3rd August.

My solicitor has received our morgage offer from bluestone and we have a completion date for 20th nov

Another weekend of no news....sigh...the wait is aweful!
