and Still waiting on one from local authority..

my valuation was instructed on wednesday and i heard from my MA this morning that valuation has been carried out and passed to final underwriter to be signed off for offer, said it should only be 5 days before i hear again.Joleen23 said:Does anyone know how long it usually takes BS to come back to you once you’ve had a Valuation please? Our MA is using a “packager” we’ve had lots of questions etc is that from bluestone directly or the packager? Does this slow the process?0
