Im having a bit of a nightmare with my deposit evidence. It's being gifted by my parents who arent very tech savvy so are sending photos of ank statements as they don't know how to download a PDF. Hoping it'll be ok

i use an app on my phone that turns photos into PDF format and i done that with all my documents and there was no issue, maybe worth trying X

They've asked for some more signed paperwork regarding retirement ages arggghhh! Was thinking that now valuation is done and its in for final reveiw that will be it. MA is hoping for offer tomorrow or Monday so hopefully thats it .. rolling into week 9 of the waiting game 😰😭

Ours was a week from instructed.

oh god, i am hoping after valuation that’s us too. at least your MA is still hoping offer will be this week, it’s been such a long process for you!

they came back 1 week after submitting and asked for updated bank statements for the previous 2 weeks as my bank runs 19th-20th every month, just because i am self employed to check covid changes hadn’t been effecting me but that was all. Hoping the rest of the process is quick too, such a shame reading how long a process is has been for some people.

@stephs26 same for me at the mo, asked for a new bank statement and 24 months mortgage and the nothing?? Im hoping its a good sign? ekkk

i was told start of week and hadn’t heard anything and my MA chased them up for me yesterday as i had been asking a lot and they got back to him and said it was now instructed for valuation, fingers crossed you hear soon!

its been 2 weeks so far since app went in, the waiting is horrible isnt it!
