Does anyone know if when valuation takes place they tell you the value there and then? Or does it all go back to bluestone
  • Anyone who is going through underwriter process keep any information you have shared up to date. If you pass into a new pay period or month of bank statements or anything else send it to your ma before they ask... because they will and then it delays further.

I did this and saved weeks on my waiting time.

Looking to remortgage December 2022 onto a better rate!
  • From full application submitting to written offer so you can exchange, what is everyone's experience with timescales. We already have a DIP from bluestone but the new build sales office state they won't keep the property reserved as bluestone 'take forever' so potentially we are about to lose our plot.
  • Has anyone had a bluestone mortgage approved on a Barratt Homes timber framed with brick house please?

4 weeks. I updated every document when it passes into new month and flooded them with evidence which seemed to speed it up

I had an email from Experian this morning telling me that a new search was on my report.  I looked and it was a hard search that said it can impact my credit file.  My hubby had one too
