Hi, this thread has been very useful and I hope you are all successful.
My application was sent to packager on the 12th August, the packager came back on the 14th and asked me to pay the packager fee. I received questions from Bluestone on the 25th and responded back on the 26th. On the 9th September, I was asked to provide one more months payslips and bank statements.
So far 5 weeks since the AIP and not yet had the full offer or valuation. Hope this helps someone, I will keep you updated.
Update: After speaking to MA on the 18th. He informed me they have completed basic underwriting and will be at the valuation stage on 23rd September. To date 6 weeks from DIP.
Update: Valuation booked in for 29th October. To date 9 weeks from DIP.

I don’t know of anybody who has been declined after DIP.. DIP with bluestone isn’t just a computer saying yes or no.. a person at bluestone does a mini underwrite to approve the DIP.. only way it can be declined is if MA has messed up affordability or something, and even then they try an work it out with you..  They already no every blemish on your credit file at DIP STAGE. I got DIP 1st July . Only moving in next Friday . Will be 16 weeks in total .. bluestone are not quick you will need to be patient .

@lewis27 this is sooo reassuring. Everyone is chasing me re starting searches etc still not to take the risk or not as dont want to lose 2k! We have 500 on account with solicitor so might start it until we reach that figure with a hope we have our offer by then!

@doglover34 . Depends , prob wait 10 days for it to be underwrite .. if your extremely lucky you will get an offer , but more than likely bluestone will find snags in something and question a couple of things and probably want clarification on a few bits .. tbh your ma should be able to answer most and it’s not useally anything to worry about .. you and your ma will prob be a couple days getting additional docs together or whatever and then it will be another 10 days for bluestone to respond hopefully with an offer but even then They sometimes ask for additional docs .. i would realistically say 20-30 days away unfortunately .. unless your dead lucky and there’s literally nothing they want to question then it’s potentially only 10 ..
