We had the valuation done on Monday and the valuation report was with us Tuesday morning what's the next stage does anyone have a time scale from valuation report to final mortgage offer?

How long has it taken to get to this stage from submitting your application please?

It took us, 7 weeks from application to book valuation

I was told it can take around 48 hours after the valuation report to offer stage

It can take longer. 48 hours is a best scenario.

From application it took us 7 weeks to instruct valuation (yesterday) .. valuation booked for Tuesday 20 oct 🤞
