  • Mortgage offer in principle and full application sent 26/8
any ideas how long it takes for them to get in touch?
Will it be through my broker or will they contact me direct? It’s been 3 weeks as I’ve heard nothing
    thanks! ☺️

It's through your broker, if you've not yet heard from them chase.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

It looks like it is even less than 4-5 working days:
https://bluestonemortgages.co.uk/brokers/ - scroll half way down, 3 working days.

You might need to give your broker a nudge.

  • I have now exchanged contracts.

The deposit was sent to the solicitors who does that go to, bluestone or the house developer.

We can’t complete till December due to delays with the house but are Bluestone and us in a contract or could they still pull out etc?

    Deposit goes to the seller.

The mortgage offer can be withdrawn if you have a change of circumstances eg take on additional credit, lose job etc, same with any lender. Hopefully your broker went through what you shouldn't do!
